Found everything we wanted here for less and got the help we needed from their qualified, patient employees. Highly recommend

What a horrible company! I’ve recently heard they plan to sell a Caitlyn Jenner costume this year. How insensitive and money greedy you are that you would capitalize on this. I will be doing whatever I can to make sure everyone I know boycotts you.

I liked this place a month before Halloween, because they had some really great deals on clearance costumes from last year. We scored a General Grievous costume for my little one for $ 10 and some fantastic Lynda Carter-style Wonder Woman accessories for me for $ 15. The latter were impossible to find anywhere else. Early on in the season, the place was not so inundated and customer service was top-notch. We visited again the night before Halloween, and of course it was fairly picked over, but everyone still was super-friendly. So I’m a fan and will be back wherever they choose to pitch their tent next year.

I purchased a few Halloween decorations including a jumping spider. After less than a week it stopped working. I took it back to the store told them when I purchased it and that it no longer was working. The employee informed me that all sales are final and I could not exchange the defective item DON’T BUYANYITEMSTHATREQUIREBATTERIESORPOWER. ITSALLLOWENDJUNK. This shop is in a different location just about every year, but it’s worth seeking out. This year(2013), it’s across the street from The Home Depot in Canyon Country. I should note that there are a couple of other Halloween stores out there, so be sure you find the one with the word SPIRIT in its name. You won’t find a better selection of Halloween stuff — costumes, interior and exterior decorations, etc. — anywhere. On top of that, the store is always clean and well stocked, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. The prices are a little higher maybe than some other places, but you generally can’t find the stuff they carry at other places. That’s what makes this place stand out from the crowd.

This pop up Halloween Store has been around for at least the past 4 years if not more. They typically surface around September and leave November 3rd. The past 2 years I have notice their inventory getting slimmer and slimmer(and I am not referring to the costume sizing). This year was one of the worst. The after halloween specials are 50% off all merchandise. Buyer beware… they have doubled the pricing on some costumes to get the full amount. The store smells horrible to. If you absolutely cannot find something I would make this your last stop.
