Very very very bad customer service. The girl Ashley Clemmons is horrible person. Very bad attitude and she was putting her hand up in the other customers face while she was talking to her. I saw how she treated this one customer horrible. Why do people like her work in customer service??? I’m not ever going her again.

I went to the store and this stupid girl had the worst personality ever. I had came in before try to exchange something but it didn’t workout so I left and this time I was exchanging something and they’re both the same amount and she’s trying to charge me $ 5 more for something that was an even exchange. Her name is Ashley Clemmons she’s a thief and I called customer service and they agreed with me. Her and her manager don’t know what the meaning of customer service is. The one in canyon country is much much better don’t waste your time or money with these people.

Customer service here is excellent. The associates are friendly without being pushy and down to earth. They don’t show attitudes like those you see in the mall. They have great deals on Bo-​go. I think the best part is that the store is always clean and shoes are displayed properly. Also they have shoes for wide feet which is a relief for me.
If you like no pressure shoes shopping and in a budget, try this Payless location. Their styles are not behind fashion and not over the top shoes you see in some stores. I get ballet flats here and they are so nice to walk with. The accessories are so-​so.

Dang idk where iv been but when the crap did payless go up to over $ 20 a pop? Wasnt this the place to shop for your feetsies when you are ballin on a budget? I was here yesterday and walked out with $ 50 bux for 2 pairs of cheapo sandals!
Ya the AAA discount is always helpful but in this day in age all it does is take off the tax… thats insane! lol 10% AAA discount guys!!! Get it! at least itll save you $ 5 bux off of $ 50. better than nothing.
Makes me sound old. but i remember when a 10% discount actually DISCOUNTED the items you were buying… not just take the tax off. I SHAKE MY FIST AT YOU GOVERNMENT GIMME MY DISCOUNTS BACK!!!

We shop here for two reasons: 1st, kids go through shoes like they were tissues. 2nd, they have great deals on shoes. I checked in here with Foursquare and instantly got two coupons just for doing so!
Great place to shop with kids because there really isn’t much for them to do but cooperate with you to finish buying them shoes and then leave.
