Ok ok it’s Olive garden but today the cooks behind that line kicked ass the tour of Italy was good even the Alfredo which I don’t like any way. I made our better with the extra sausage I ordered a la carte.

First time at an Olive Garden and it certainly lived to expectations. A recommendation from cousins, I enjoyed sizable servings of Italian food. The bread sticks are amazing to dip with Alfredo sauce(though don’t have too many — they’ll fill you up before the main dishes come out!). I ordered tri-coloured penne in marinara sauce and couldn’t finish my plate but it tasted great. Truly, I could have spent my entire night content nibbling on those bread sticks.

Parking is always hard to find in this shopping center. You usually have to park in the middle of the shopping center to get to this restaurant. Not their fault, it’s just so many shops in this center. The host and servers were pleasant… the average price of a meal is about $ 19, which includes a salad and breadsticks. Both of which are good. We ordered the taste of Italy(?) which was three different items, like a sampler. It was good. I ordered the pasta with steak medallions with cheese. The pasta and cheese was good but the steak was so-so. I think the total bill for two with soft drinks and tip was around $ 60. We went because we received a gift card, but other than that, it’s not in my top 10 of places to dine. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still okay, but just not of my favorites.

I was a little unsure about going to Olive Garden again since the last two times I went to a different location, I have gotten sick but my friend really wanted to go. The service was great. One thing that really stuck out was when we asked our waiter a question he was unsure of, he didn’t just say no, he went and asked the manager and came back quickly with a real answer. He was very helpful and patient with our constant mind changing but when we did settle on what we wanted, it was really delicious. We left well fed and happy and neither of us felt sick so I would definitely return to eat at this location.

So I saw this commercial on tv about olive garden and their lobster stuffed ravioli and was like why not. Paid extra for a ceaser salad too. If I lived five minutes aways from the joint, I would go back there and show out. I had one waiter ralk right over me while I was trying to order because apparently I wasn’t actually standing there, now when I get home, I have big old pieces of rotten lettuce in my expensive salad, this ravioli had better be the bomb or I am never going back to olive garden in Valencia again.

Three ladies, arrived for luncheon and were warmly greeted at The Olive Garden in Valencia. Our se rver took our beverage order and was back shortly with warm bread sticks and a large salad to serve the whole table. I was offered samples of their wines prior to taking our orders. We ordered calamari and brochette as our appitizer. prior to our entrée They were both perfectly prepared. The calamari was crunchy with just the right amount of spiciness. I ordered the angel hair pasta with garlic and shrimp at the suggestion of the server. My friend ordered the raviolis and we split the dishes. The angel hair pasta and shrimp in wine sauce was amazing. All in all the meal was wonderful. Our server Taylor treated us like royalty and we ended up with plenty of leftovers to take home. Pricing under $ 60.00 for 3 people

Not impressed. We came in on a Tuesday around 1130 am, not busy at all. The waitress was awful and people came in after us were being served their salads and breadsticks before we even got our drinks. Our waitress magically changed and it seemed to get better but everything was cold,(food and servers) unflavorful and just a huge disappointment. Worst 70 dollars I ever spent. Oh yeah, I also had a coupon for a free appetizer that I gave the waitress who promptly had the manager come to check on it. As if I’m laundering olive garden coupons. Eff you.

I love this place. Very very good service. Best chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Everybody smiles, food taste the best. OMG my servers name is Tyler and he’s probably the best server best customer service very polite. If you want to have a dinner at Olive Garden’s I don’t know about the other servers I would definitely choose Tyler Clark.

Me and my girlfriend always come to this olive garden for a better service even though we drive too far from home because we liked better and it was always great service, we never had a single complain until this last visit that we were really completely disappointed with Rachel that was our server who made us feel uncomfortable, She wasn’t equal I would say and I confirmed that because of the nice way she was treating other customers. I hope we will not get this service again.

Came here to have some late night pasta with the bf and his sister. The best past about coming here late is that there is no wait and the service is fast. I ordered the sausage rigatoni dish. Our food came out quickly. The waitress was nice, but in the middle of dinner my bf wanted more soup and the waitress was no where on sight. He pressed a button on the device that sat on top of the table requesting for service and even then that took a while. However, when she finally came she took his order and quickly brought out the soup. I’m satisfied with our experience here.

One of the best Olive gardens I have ever been to and the service was phenomenal! Met one of my girlfriends down here for dinner(a halfway point between both our homes) to catch up and chat. it was amazing the food was but most important they always came back to check on us(without bugging us) they let us sample a couple different wined before making our final decision. The Sangarita is everything in the whole world and of course I go for the salad and bread sticks that gets me super full before my pasta arrives lol. I love Olive garden and this one is right near Six Flags

Chains are panicking. They can’t compete with superior food from local restaurants. So they continually drive up their prices. This is the case for Olive Garden. The only reason a rational human being would chose something like this over Chi-Chi’s or really any other Italian place is because of the Unlimited Soup, Salad and Breadsticks. Otherwise, pass. Until they can figure out a new business model, at least.

OH. MY. GOD. BECKY! Public ridicule and $ 300 in charges for $ 45! And it was their machine! Server jay jay was pleasant and had a good vibe. Food was Olive Garden so makes you feel dirty after but the endless salad makes you not care. End of dinner comes I put down my platinum business expense card. The one I have for being the CEO of my company. Declined. Eh it happens certain places because it’s old and worn. Even jay jay says his from the same bank does that. So I pull out my google wallet.(MasterCard) Which shows me everything as it happens on my phone. Think«I should toss some more money on this thing while I’m at it.» Log into my biz account. What do I see? TWO charges pending and withdrawn from my account from Olive Garden. Then my phone alerts me OLIVEGARDENCHARGED $ 16.97 huh? My bill was $ 45. Another alert. Another alert. A charge HIGHER that my bill another charge HIGHER. A decline most likely because of how many alerts. All just sucking money from my accounts. He comes over to my table to tell me my card is declined again. I show jay jay my online banking to show him it’s not. His incompetent manager Miguel is with him. Miguel proceeds to loudly tell me I am wrong regardless of what my bank account shows because AND I QUOTE«my machine didn’t print a receipt. No receipt means it’s declined.» I asked him to explain my bank account then. Again loudly he says«I’m sorry that you don’t have the funds but my machine is saying UNSuffiecient funds» fast forward to me trying desperately to get someone with the rationale of a toddler to understand it’s CLEARLY his machine while he without tact expresses loudly I am being declined for«UNSuffiecient» funds. As noted I am a business woman. I pride myself on keeping calm but clear. It takes a LOT to make me loose my cool. Couldn’t help it. «The word is INSUFFICIENT! and I don’t care what your pos pos says my account proves otherwise and I’m not paying over $ 300 for a $ 45 meal while being made to look like a deadbeat! Check your damn receipt paper. It’s obviously your machine. What am I photoshopping this right now?!» His reasoning? Solid reasoning. «It can’t be my machine because I’ve used it 1,000 times today just fine. It’s not taking your card because you don’t have the funds.» Yes Unilocalers we all know machines don’t fail after prolonged use. Duh. Eye roll. I showed him he even charged me MORE than my bill which he denied in the face of overwhelming evidence. CALLEDMYBANKACCOUNTTRANSACTIONS! Google wallet is great. I called them. Immediately my rep told me she would tell him to stop stealing money from my account. He took my phone. BTW massive scene now. My heart is pumping. My face is blushing and I am shaking at how pissed and publicly humiliated this guy is trying to make me. Like he wanted to make himself feel better or something. I even showed him a paycheck I’ve been to lazy to deposit to ask him WHY I would have a check like that and Insufficient funds. So on the phone I hear«no I told her it’s not my machine it’s insufficient(cause I taught him the word) funds.» So loud. So belittling. So ready to metaphorically punch loudy in his horrible customer relations metaphorical face. But what’s that? Oh loudy why the sudden drop of smug? Oh. Oh she is telling you how blatantly wrong you are? Awe she is. «Oh. No no there shouldn’t be all those charges. No I just charged one $ 45. Oh well what do I do?» HA. So anyway I take the phone back listen to my kick butt rep tell me how incompetent this guy is and that she will be removing the multiple charges as well as sending me an email with transcripts in case anything else happens.” I say«oh I was correct huh?» To my rep while looking loudy in his vacant eyes. He mumbles back«yes you were correct» hang up the phone and I say«I want you to know that none of this would have happened. I would not be calling corporate tomorrow if you had not been so condescending and rude. It’s only because of that this became what it was.» And on my way out in front of the group of employees gathered to watch my public ridicule I say«maybe next time your machine fails don’t publicly accuse our customer of being a dead beat. Maybe that would make you a better manager» now he is cocky again«I AM a better manager!» «Really? Think corporate will agree?» «Go ahead you have my card.» PS his card was his name hand written on the back of someone else’s. So my closing remarks were«it’s pretty funny you act like you have a leg to stand on even after being shown how blatantly wrong you were.» My mission and I choose to accept it is to make sure every higher up knows what a liability they have in having hired an illogical megalomaniac as a manager. If this is how he treats customers ever AFTER finding out he was totally wrong how does he treat his employees. This guy should have not only have had the tact to quietly address the issue but he should have damn well comped my whole meal after almost an hour of this.

Ziosk stinks! My wife and I went to The Olive Garden for our anniversary dinner last night. The food was great, the service was good but their new Ziosk thing stinks. What is Ziosk? It’s a computer terminal they now have on every table at the restaurant. It’s supposed to be used by the customer for ordering food and drinks right from the table, without having to flag down your table server. Sounds like a great idea but it’s taken too far. You see, it’s also for paying your bill at the end of dinner. You now have two choices: pay your server using cash(only), or use the terminal to pay with a credit card. So I had two gift cards I wanted to use to pay for our dinner. Dinner was about $ 73 before tip and my two gift cards added up to $ 75. I ran the two cards through and now there was only $ 2 left for tip which is far less than the amount I wanted to leave… and the Ziosk contraption would not allow me to use my regular credit card to add more money to the tip! So I ended up flagging the waitress down anyway, and she had to run an additional fake 50 cent charge at the traditional cash register, so I could then add more tip money! REALLY??? What a hassle!!! I will return to The Olive Garden if and when they REMOVE those dumb contraptions from their tables! There’s plenty of other restaurants in town that are more interested in me as their customer than in saving money by reducing their server staff with those lame self-serve terminals. Whose brainchild was that, anyway???

Against my better judgment I came here with the family. It has been a while but I remember the last few times I came here I felt like it was an unpleasant, unclean, corporate experience & like I was at TGIFs. Needless to say, I don’t go to TGIFs anymore and I don’t anticipate coming back here either. I should’ve listened to my gut, but everyone deserves a second chance. The service was ok, not good. It started well but steadily declined throughout the meal. Food was adequate, not good. The damned kiosk ordering system is horrible. They kept pushing us to use it but when we finally did to order dessert, it was like the waiter didn’t know & it took forever for the dessert to come out. We had to let the waiter know we placed the order about 15 minutes prior. He was surprised to hear it so he had to go back & investigate. I paid the check on the kiosk & the dessert was already on it. Then, he finally brought out the dessert almost 30 minutes later. I had some leftovers so we brought them home. I can’t remember if I ever ate them. Sorry, Olive Garden. This was not a good experience and there are far too many other dining options to purposely come back here again.

Olive garden… always a mediocre family dining spot. It had been a while since my family came here so we decided t take a chance on it again. This time unlike other times when we have to wait forever, we made reservations in advance and were seated soon after we arrived. They only hold your table for 10 minutes so make sure you call them ahead of time if you’re running late. We like to order family style so while the kids got their own chicken alfredo and spaghettis, the adults shared calamari, lasagna fritta, chicken & shrimp carbonara, stuffed chicken marsala, and the tour of italy. With most of these came a choice of soup or salad, so we of course got salad and the toscana soup, minestrone, and gnocchi soup. The salad is always my favorite part about Olive Garden, because it is so darn fresh. I think it may even have been because of their salads that I started to eat olives. The soups were all solid as well, and are always such a good sized portion that even though it’s one serving, it’s easy to share. My personal favorite is the toscana potato soup, which is hearty and delicious at the same time, especially dipped with the breadsticks. The lasagna fritta was good, perhaps because I love lasagna, and it was an interesting concept to me. All the other dishes were mediocre. I was particularly disappointed with the tour of italy, since I felt like I could get better out of frozen oven Italian lasagnas and pastas. The best dish of all? I stole a bite from my brother’s chicken alfredo and it was amazingly creamy and good. It was even better than the alfredo that came with the tour of italy, which was odd, but it may have been the extra cheese in the pasta. However, I cannot imagine eating a whole plate of this since it is heavy and even my brother, who usually downs the whole plate of pasta, could not finish and could not stomach the chicken leftover. Service was good, and parking is in a free plaza so that’s always nice.

I love Olive Gardens food and it was great here but our waitress by the name of ‘Rachel’ had a very unfriendly demeanor. She had a very monotone voice with no enthusiasm that showed she appreciated our business. Every time we asked for something she acted like it was a task. Then she went MIA for like 20 minutes. 1 star for food and 1 for ambiance.

Summary based on one dinner: –formula restaurant, ok for this area –friendly staff, but formulaic. Can’t really blame them for following the script –ok prices if you stick to the specials –wine by the glass overpriced –easy parking Ok for this area for a sit down, non fast food, chain type place

Nice place for lunch. We love the soup salad and breadsticks deal for lunch. Service is good, price is right. Today two of us tried the citrus chicken and an appetizer sampler and both were very good.

We came in today for a late lunch. We got a two item appetizer & soup & salad. The appetizers were still super hot & fresh. My husband’s soup tasted good, as always. & the salad was tasty, as always. But the main reason I am giving the 5 stars is our amazing waiter, Patrick. He was very helpful while deciding what to order. He was so attentive & very quick with getting our food & refills. He spaced out getting our appetizers & everything perfectly. He made our dining experience 10x better. A lot of waiters/waitresses can learn a lot about customer service from this guy. Thanks Patrick! Hopefully when we come back to OG we will get him as a waiter again :)
