Lynette provided exceptional customer service for my friend and I, shopping right up until closing, trying on a million things to get just the right look, and no complains from Lynette (So sorry if I’m misspelling!), who insisted we not waste our time hanging things back up, just focused on what we were in search of. She went out of her way to get me EXACTLY what I wanted, up to having an associate from Glendale bring up a sports bra in the size I needed that the Valencia location had run out of stock on. Top notch service, for sure. Thank you!

Jane (ironic isn’t) was amazing! Her helpful demeanor and great customer service made me a fan of this over priced yet comfy athletic gear. She made me extrememly comfortable and even gave me helpeful hints in scoring the sale racks. I will be back as long as they continue to have people like her working for them.

I NEVER thought I would find a better pair of pants than my Lululemon pants. Wow! Not only do Lorna Jane workout pants fit, look and feel better, there is never a worry about them piling in the back like Lululemon pants tend to do on occasion. The tops are great but many styles are too long for my preference. The clothing is fashionable, breathable and flattering. Styles are constantly changing because the brand offers a new line quite frequently. They offer a huge discount on a featured item every couple of weeks. Lorna Jane does not offer free hemming on long shirts or pants like its competitor offers. Customer service has always been great. Hannah is the best! She remembers my name, size, and styles I prefer. I’m definitely sticking to Lorna Jane pants. As for tops, I’ll alternate between Lorna Jane and Lululemon because of Lulu’s free hemming. Before making a purchase, be sure to understand their refund policy. It’s not great.

The employees are all very friendly and helpful. The quality of their clothing is excellent and the best on the market right now.

Cute, bright active wear been around for 25 years in Australia and recently opened in SCV. High quality material, stretchy & breathable fitness clothing that can also be used for lounge wear. I’m a fan of their yoga line, great support and comfort.
A bit on the pricey side but the sale racks more than make up for it so stock up.
