Ridiculous! Wish I could give ZERO stars. NO customer service. They Would not accept an online coupon. Mind you its their coupon that doesn’t indicate anywhere on it that you need to have the hard copy to receive the discount. I asked to speak to the manager and apparently there wasn’t one here. I told them to call them. I’ve never had a problem ever using a coupon from my phone. Will never go here again and they lost a frequent customer. Yes I know it’s only a matter of $ 10 but it’s the principle that they didn’t honor a coupon.

Came in at 7:30AM and waited ten minutes without being acknowledged by the manager, hostess or servers. Restaurant was not busy at all. We left.

Hours are inaccurate. Looked online at the corporate website and Sunday-Thursday closing is listed as 10PM. Went to the restaurant last night at 8:45PM and the door is locked. The hour for closing time is scratched off on the restaurant door, so no idea what their actual closing time is.

Two times I ordered for pick up and two times when I arrived to pick it up, they have forgotten to place the order in the kitchen. The first time, the server was a young man and gave me a 10% discount which is truly a joke. I waited for 30 minutes just to get an order of Chicken Country Fried Steak. The second incident, the manager was there and comped my order but I still wired for thirty minutes. In the morning, you cannot reach the restaurant. They don’t answer the phone. Also, the last time, the country fried steak was freezer burned. We threw it away.

Not their best effort. We had some special requests, they didn’t seem too difficult but they had a hard time getting it right. My wife asked for the hash browns and bacon to be well-done. Neither were and she sent the hash browns back to be cooked further. The waitress returned the well-done hash browns after we were both done with the rest of our meals. I also asked for well-done bacon — it wasn’t. The pancakes weren’t warm enough to melt the butter. Mediocre service to boot.

The young lady immediately took our drink upon arrival. We did not see her again for approximately a half hour. We left.

Kids choice not mine, I had the skin and fit veggie omelet and it was decent. Its only 310 calories which is amazing. But an hour later I was starving… grrr The rest of the family said their meals were just ok.

This place must think they are a BBQ joint. Home of the slow cooked pancake. Slowest service I have had at an IHOP.

The story of this location is wait wait wait. Waited to be seated approximately 10 – 15 minutes(and i had to walk to the kitchen to get staff’s attention for even that!) Waited 12 – 15 minutes before I could order. Then another 15 to 20 minutes rolled by before we got our food. The waitress informed us that they didn’t have anything like the cheese we were talking about yet it was clearly listed on The menu, I even pointed it out and she said«yeah we never have that». Aside from the menu confusion and wait times the waitress put tea on our bill that we never ordered and we asked her to take it off but never saw her again… I enjoy IHOP but likely Wont visit this location again.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and were surprised at how few customers were in the restaurant. When we opened the menu we were shocked to see that their prices have gone through the roof. We needed some time to absorb the sticker shock but when we finally decided what we wanted. the server was nowhere to be found. There were plenty of staff buzzing around but nobody to take our order. We left after several attempts to get help.

Haven’t dined at a IHOP for some time however a buy one get one free coupon drew me in. Placed was busy with only 3 servers plus a manager tending to the customers… bad sign. Food was served sooner that expected but cold! Poor planning equals no return to this location.

I love a good ihop. Love their pancakes ever since I was pregnant. Came to this location and was greeted by the manager and he got our drink order. That was nice. Ordered our food with the waitress who was nice also. After we were almost done eating we asked the waitress for our bill because our son was getting fussy. She gave it to us right then and there. We placed our card in the tab holder and she took it away. We waited ten minutes before we asked for the bill again and she said she had given it to us. Yes she had given us the first check but not the one where she charged our card. She looked down at her apron and it was there. She handed it over without our card in it. We asked her for it and she said it was in there but it wasn’t. She asked all of her coworkers if they had seen it but all responded they had not. The manager was made aware of it and he said he had not seen it. He did not come over to speak to us or offer us at least a free drink for any inconvenience. He just kept on about his day. Even though the waitress apologized over and over I don’t think she realized the inconvenience of her mistake. We had to call and cancel our card, then go into a branch and get a new card, change over all the accounts we had automated pay for, and the thought of someone having our old card in their possession. Thanks ihop waitress and manager. Not cool and for sure not coming here again.

This was absolutely disgusting. I ordered pancakes for takeout. While driving home, I realized the bad smell was the food. I was given old food. I came back and told the person who took my order. His answer to me was, ‘How could the blueberries be rancid when they’re frozen?’ Oh really!!! I got my money back and left. By no means is IHOP fine dining, but it is a brand with a distinctive look and flavor. I don’t know what I was served. It looked like a cross between a frozen pancake or fast food but even worse smelled like garbage. Never again.

Didn’t even try the food, the customer service was so bad my friends and I decided to leave. It took over 20 minutes to wave down a server. He left without taking our order and didn’t come back.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Came by on a Tuesday night at 7:10pm thinking it wouldn’t be busy — I waited for 35 minutes, just to order!!! Only a few other families were there and in the same situation as myself. Ended up leaving around 7:50 without food, or ordering. And no effort by staff was made to take our order. Get your pancake fix someplace else… like Saugus Café down the street.

Hello I really like this location I went last Saturday and I got attended by the waitress Ana she is very attentive and polite always ready to answer all my cuestions about the menu and the food was really awesome hot and tasty I been in others locations and the ambiance and service is not the same I would give six or even seven stars to this restaurant two for service, three for food and another two for the wonderful time I got there. I don’t know why this location is so empty on dinner time with such great location and good customer service next time u want to get food great price, quality service and good attentions go to this restaurant and give them a shot

Let’s face it when you are going on the highway traveling the 5 or the 99 you simply are looking for nourishment. The guests that I was with had incredible pancakes but I have to say that my french dip sandwich tasted like it was card board. Also we had to have several pieces of silverware returned because they were dirty had been used performing surgery on a kangaroo in their freezer. It smells better than Kettlemen’s City and not as good as some other places that I have eaten. The bathrooms were clean which was very good especially on long trips where you can be infected with Ebola in many locations just by attempting to use their hand towels.

I may be partial, but this IHOP is better than most in the SCV area. Only other ihop’s outside of the area that I’ve really been too was in Nebraska, and it was small but pretty darn good. I can say that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays(10am-1pm) are super busy, so don’t expect FASTFOOD(that’s what drive thru’s at FF joints are for), and with a restaurant at capacity, people take their time to eat and camp out. This fact actually applies to all restaurants, so, if you didn’t know that before, you know now. I’ve encountered some really blunt and ugly customers(yes, customers) so much to the point I’ve told the employees to not let them get to them. Anyway, favorite lunch menu item is Philly Cheese Steak Stacker with Red Potatoes with Swiss cheese on top. Side of ranch compliments that quite well. Breakfast item is Bfast Sampler, eggs over medium 3 bacon, 3 sausage and wheat toast. Service is pretty good, manager makes sure any issues are dealt with respect and the food is above average.

The«Quick 2-egg breakfast» — 2 bacon, 2 eggs and hashbrowns — for 8.99. «Criss-croissants», the promotion du jour — plus 2 bacon, 2 eggs and hashbrowns — 6.29. Am I being Punk’d?
