Great customer service! Called GM Climate Control when our air conditioner went out at 3pm in 102 degree weather. I called his services and he came out and gave us an honest quote with multiple options. After deciding to get a new unit, he came back the same day around 5pm and installed our new unit in 100 degree weather. Victor was great and could not ask for any better service! Thanks for saving us from the heat!

HONEST MAN! I’m always hesitant about getting quotes from contractor’s when I’m in dire need of a repair. Few days ago, I called mostly every HVAC repair company on a SAT when we were having 106 degree weather. I had 2 local contractors, who said they would come out for repair. BOTH of the them flaked. One of them said they will be coming, I waited and called and called and never returned my call back. Left me hanging. The other said they will come between 2 – 4 pm. AT 4pm, they called and said can’t make it out! VERY unprofessional. I found Victor online and made a desperate call to him at 5pm. Like a champ, he came over my house. He found that I had 2 50 cent fuses blown. That’s it. He didn’t try to gouge me, he always smiled, and he was HONEST! Victor is the type of serviceman that we need more here in the Santa Clarita Valley. He didn’t overcharge, he was prompt, professional, courteous, and most importantly … HONEST! Way to go Victor at GM Climate Control.

I have done business with GM Climate Control and Victor for several years and have always been pleased with their excellent and thorough service. Over the years GM installed a new air conditioning system, copper piping, resolved numerous plumbing problems, including leaking pipes, poorly working toilets and faucets, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, and other electrical problems. The inside of my house is new because of GM. They are accommodating, pleasant, professional, and always complete the job the first time. I will continue to do business with GM and will recommend them to anyone who needs work done in their home. Victor is one of the best and it has always been a pleasure doing business with him.

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of July and GM Climate Control came and fixed us up the next day! They were great! I had looked them up in the BBB and they had an A+ rating and exceeded my expectations. Their price was lower, it took them a little less time than their estimate, and the air was colder and blowing harder than ever before. Perfect! I dealt with Victor and he was extremely professional and very pleasant — no surprises or extra costs, no mess left behind, and a great working air conditioner. I highly recommend this company!
