Service was good until they lost a pair of my pants worth $ 80.00. I went in and the owner didn’t care to find them or replace them. Like if it were my fault that they were lost. Never going back! I’d give them negative stars if I could.

First experience with this tailor was great: I brought in a pair if cargo shorts that needed the corner of a side pocket stitched up. I asked how much, and quoted three bucks. Work was done quick and a decent job. Second time around, I brought in a dress to have it shortened. Keep in mind it was a basic, cotton, ankle length, summer dress. I already had the desired length set for him. Work was done in two or three days but when I picked the item up and he told me $ 18.00, I was shocked! Rip off! I believe that was more than the dress itself costs. So, I may be partly to blame due to not asking prior how much he would charge but 18 bucks for a super simple hem job?! Outta your gourd pal! Doubt I’ll return.

First time doing business with them I droped off a backpack to have the zipper replaced; over all I was satisfied with the repair. Second time I dropped a leather jacket to add a button on the cuffs. When I picked it up they started looking for it, into another customer walked in. They stopped looking and helped the other customer. The other customer ever stated I was there first and should be helped. Not until the person was fully helped did they continue to search for my jacket. The buttons ended up falling off that evening. There won’t be a third interaction.

I bought 3 express pants for over $ 240, when I brought it to this place to cut the length, they all became short, even I wear flat shoes, very sad.

Excellent service. They do fantastic work. Dry cleaning and tailoring are very well done. Wish they had better parking. Parking is hell. Wish they spoke better english.

I went to this place to have two dresses altered. The man helping me didn’t speak a lick of English, but did do a good job taloring. That is my only positive note. As he was unzipping my dress when I originally dropped it off, he broke the zipper. He ended up CHARGINGME $ 10 for a new one. It cost $ 100 to hem two dresses! Never going back there again!

I was lucky enough to come across this little mom & pop shop years ago when I needed to have my suit re-tailored after being botched the first time from a different place. They not only fixed the botched tailoring, they basically custom made my suit. I’ve gone back ever since(probably 8 or 9 years now) to Debbie’s & I have recommended friends and family to them. Tailoring: It’s the super quiet man in the back who’s the genius. He doesn’t have the greatest English, but it really doesn’t matter. He still knows what you want done. Dry Cleaning: I’ve gotten ‘express services’ and the whole deal from other places. GOHERE. Set stains and everything have magically disappeared & have saved me $$. Go here. Support the small businesses in town.

I recently bought a very nice and very expensive pair of jeans because they were on sale for an amazing price. There was only one problem though, they had my waist size but not my length because I have a very strange waist to leg length ratio. I bought the jeans regardless that they were too long because I could not pass up the deal and I was just going to have them hemmed. My dad has been using this tailor for years since he owns an auto shop right down the street and he told me to give this place a try. I walked in and asked how much it would be to have my pants hemmed and he said it would be $ 8, so I said okay, he measured my legs, and then took my pants. I was a bit nervous to have them hem my pants because they were such an expensive pair of jeans, and because the man that was there didn’t speak very much English, but I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I picked my jeans up a couple hours later and they came out PERFECT. The length was perfect and you couldn’t even tell they were hemmed, if you looked at the jeans you would think that it was the way they were originally made. Since then, I have brought multiple things to them for repair or alteration and I always have my dry cleaning or repairs done here and I have never been disappointed. The funny part is that the very same pair of expensive jeans that originally brought me here kept me coming back. The crotch kept ripping no matter how many times I got it fixed and I kept getting them repaired because I loved them. Let me just add that they kept ripping in different places then they previously fixed them so it wasn’t because of bad work, it was because the jeans were a piece of crap. Anyway, I had them repaired so many times that my Fiancé’s mother dubbed them«Frakencrotch». Unfortunately they ripped one too many times and my beloved jeans are no longer with us. R.I.P. Frankencrotch. Anyway, so if you are looking for a great tailor then this is the place to go. They are affordable and they do great work.

POORSERVICE! Very disappointed with this cleaners. I had a new $ 80 white king duvet that had three small stains that I asked to be removed, but when got it home discovered all over bleach marks, where I assume they folded it and bleached out green stitching design to a yellow. When I called and went in with duvet the man, I assume a co– owner put a $ 20 bill on counter and walked away and stood with back to me, ignoring my further objections. I had paid $ 35 to have it cleaned and now am left with a damaged item that no longer looks good. I again called to speak to co-owner, Debbie who rudelyjust hung up the phone without say anything and addressing my complaint. Amazing that a business could handle their customers in such a poor manner and think to get away with it. I advise NOt TOTRUSTTHEIRCLEANINGSERVICE. I will have to file a BB complaint to gain satisfaction.

Well, I was going to try this place until I tried calling them to ask what their prices were. Maybe it’s just me, but I think calling a business to ask about prices is a pretty standard thing to do, but the woman who I talked to apparently didn’t share my sentiments. After receiving information on how much laundered shirts and pants costs, I asked her how much dry cleaned shirts would be to which she replied, «just bring them in.» So, I then said, «how about a woman’s dres-«, but before I could get the rest out the woman replied with, «JUSTBRINGTHEMIN» and hung up on me. Now, tell me: after this experience would you«just bring them in»??

You often find some of the best places because a friend or a friend of a friend goes somewhere. In this case it was both, a friend and a friend of a friend both recommended Debbies and i have not been disappointed. Their dry cleaning services are wonderful. Point out the spot and it seems that it can be anything and it magically vanishes. It’s hard to find pants that fit correctly, it’s a lot easier to just buy them long and take them in to be hemmed. A friend, a friend of a friend and me, we can’t all be crazy. The group has spoken.
