The WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I can’t believe the attitude the employee had, as if customers were nothing but an inconvenience to her. Unfortunately, the employees here did not wear name tags so I don’t have her name but she wore black framed glasses with pretty bad facial acne. I ended up waiting much longer than anyone else because they failed to properly follow their own number system. It’s bad as it is that she did not apologize for causing my inconvenience, but she managed to outdo herself by having a really disgusting attitude about it. Self-righteous, rude, and unapologizing employees like this undeserving young lady should know that her job shouldn’t be taken for granted. Clearly shows that management in the optometry department do not care for quality employees in the workforce. I give it 1 star only because this is the lowest I can go. I will never return to such a negative environment, no matter how cheap their frames are.

Very bad customer service. Was standing at counter to pick up glasses. Noone acknowledges you. You take a number and stand there. Noone even looks at you.

I got 2 pairs from Costco.Optical. You will be amazed at their wide array of frames and contact lenses at a much cheaper price anywhere else. They sell also fashion frames and frames for kids as well. They provide free refills for eyeglass cleaners. You need to have at 30 minutes of free time. It can be a wait for your turn. But once they take care of you. They devote their time that your needs are met. The staff is capable in their line of work. They tell you which frame is good for you, adjust the nose pad to make sure it’s good and they suggest a good color for your transitions lenses. Overall, they are good and affordable. Highly rated by consumer reports. You can’t go wrong.
