This is my first time dining at Chili’s, I was indeed quite enthusiastic. Brought a good friend with me and we were both unimpressed with the service. The server was obviously not too keen about his job as he took our order as if he just wanted to get it done with, when I asked him what salad dressing was available, he basically rambled through it and I could barely register what he had just rushed through. There was not even a time he came by to ask if he could refill our water and I had to wave out to another server to serve us our dessert that was supposedly to follow after our entrée. The whole time I had to keep turning my head to look for him. To sum up, once the entrée was served, the server did not appear until I asked for a check and he was shameless enough to move the tipping scale to 20% to my dismay! I was more than generous to have tipped him 15% of my total bill out of a sense of decency but in truth, he does not deserve a tip at all. I manage a customer-oriented company and I know first-hand what good customer service is, I always have my customers’ best interest at heart and I always make it a point to make them feel at home and at ease; this is the least requirement expected of anybody who works in the customer service industry. I hope Management will retrain this young man because his slacking attitude will hurt the company’s reputation and it is certainly not at par with the tasty food I sampled. The 1 star is for the food.

Went in for Father’s Day dinner and it was a mess. The sizzling fajita skillet was not sizzling by the time we got it. There was barely any meat on it. The mashed potatoes had already developed a cold dry outer layer on it when it got to the table. The steak was tough. Everything looked just thrown onto the plate. Our waiter, Jeff, forgot to bring us our side orders of rice and beans after telling us he’d be right back with it, and we ended up having it removed from our bill instead. The only saving grace is that he offered to give us a free dessert for our troubles. However, not a fan of this place.

Worst experience ever. I made reservations last night for tonight. When we get there, Bryan the supposed manager told me that he has no room and he said I was not doing good for anyone being angry. I have never been to an establishment that talks to people this way. I will not cone back and will definitely tell everyone about my experience.

This is what $ 40 bucks will get you at Chilis I Ordered curbside to go and I got queso and chips with salsa, boneless honey chipotle wings, a 6oz steak, half a rack fo baby back ribs with corn on the cob and cheesy garlic mashed potatoes along with 4 pieces of texas toast all for $ 40 bucks. The food was ready to go when I arrived. This food is about half as good as Applebees yet for some reason there is not one in Santa Clarita and since one does not exist in the area I will settle for Chilis.

Using one Star is being generous. Walked into the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. Trash & food in the floor, several tables not cleaned off. Guy leaning on the hostess/host podium ends up being somebody of an employee? After getting of his phone texting he says I can just clear this table off for you? REALLY? Wife and friends were so disgusted we left. Too bad to see we normally eat at the Old Road location and enjoy the food. Won’t ever go back.

Probably the worst service that I’ve experienced. After being seated, we waited about 15 minutes before having to ask the host for our server which was standing right behind us. The host pulls over one of the waiters and asks him to take our orders and waiter says: «it’s not my table but I guess I can add one more». He comes over to us and repeats what I already heard. He asks for our drink order and never comes back. We waited another 15 minutes before we walked out. This isn’t the first time it’s happened but we can understand if a restaurant has more patrons than waiting staff, however, it’s very clear that it’s not the case. Customer service is just awful. NEVER coming back here again!

Came in on a Saturday for dinner with a party of 3. Dining area was full but seating at bar was available. Looks like menus were updated since I was last at a Chilis. Server arrived shortly after sitting and took our drink orders. I ordered a cheeseburger and it came with fries. Average wait time for food to be delivered to table. The food was pretty good. Ordered dessert, molten chocolate cake or something. It was really good. Large enough to be shared between the 3 of us. Overall the service was good, it was clean. They had the ac cranked up so it was actually kind of cold and I am not one to usually complain about it being cold. The bar area has tvs set up like a typical sports bar set up.

A few friends of mine suggested we eat here for dinner and my overall experience was«meh». We arrived around 8:00 and as we walked in I immediately knew there would be some king of wait because of the crowd. We probably sat in the lobby for about ten to fifteen minutes(so it actually wasn’t too long) before we were showed our seats. The waitress we had was a young woman who seemed to be in a big rush to take our order. We weren’t ready so she said she would come back in a bit. Unfortunately she must of forgot about us so we had to flag down another waiter to place our order. I got an appetizer of fried asparagus and a bowl of southwest chicken soup. The asparagus was actually not bad, but I thought the chicken soup was going to be a bit better. It was hardly spicy for being a southwest soup and the cilantro pretty much overpowered the rest of the flavors. I’m sure some people will still like eating at Chili’s, but for me it’s in a similar boat to Applebee’s… there are just better places around to eat for around the same price.

Worst customer service from a male server named Cameron. We were sitting down at his table for 45 before I flagged him down and asked if he was our server. He said yes and kept on walking. finally returns 10 minutes later and takes our order. Even if the food was good he ruined it. Will not be returning back

I entered reluctantly because of Unilocal 3 star rating. I entered at the urging of my 4 y.o. grandson.(He loves Chilis, unfortunately he didn’t eat much). Greeter acted like we weren’t there. Waiter didn’t write order down and brought wrong food order. Food just ok

What the heck happened to Chilis customer service?! We ordered online to go. We sat there for 15 minutes looking at our to-go bags while the manager an several employees just looked at us. We had to microwave our food. Need I say more… Come on Chilis!

The ribs and shrimp are always great. I have not had a bad experience with their food, other than the one time I received my chili and it was still cold in the center. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is due to the fact that I can NEVER look forward to going to Chili’s to get a good beer because they change them ALLOFTHETIME. I go one day and find a great beer and go the next and it is replaced with something else. A restaurant has to stay consistent so I know the next time I go, that same item will be there. This is not a one time deal. This has now happened 5 times so I decided to write something! You build«regular» customers by always serving the same beer(s). Get a good IPA and KEEPIT. Also, they do not offer WIFI service at the establishment. I inquired about such and was told they do not want people staying longer than necessary. I could understand that concept IF the place was full. However, the bar was practically empty. You would think you want people to stay longer. Now, I understand Fridays and Saturdays are very busy. Therefore, get WIFI and turn it OFF on those two days. But offer it every other day of the week. Just a suggestion.

I am a big Chilli’s fan. During football season I am there every Sunday to watch the games. They have happy hour all day Sunday and to me that is so AWESOME! Who doesn’t like happy hour right? The appetizers are so amazing I always get the full order of wings and the southwestern egg roles(which are to die for, literally!). I recommend you come in early if a big game is going on because the bar area usually gets packed by noon. The staff is always friendly and is always making sure you are taken care of.

The service was good but the food was horrible! It was so below standard that we did not even eat it all. Had to wait for table to be cleaned by the hostess, which still didn’t clean up the stickiness! Even the menu, I had to be clean this myself to be able to look at it. Ordered tableside guacamole and chips. This was quit impressive they mixed it at our table. The downside was the cost. The most I have ever paid for a starter. This is the second and last time I have said I will not return…

If there is a perfect restaurant for the picky eater, this is probably your best restaurant too in your list. We went there to redeem a gift card for father’s day. We were seated less than 5 minutes on a sunday lunch break. The ambiance is the perfect blend of fall colors which is my favorite. They have now a computer portal in your table that lets you reorder, play games for the kid’s @ 99 cents and you can pay your bill too. We ended up getting a shared fajita of pork and chicken. I was surprised it was not greasy. For dessert, we ate the brownie toffee delicious creation topped with vanilla ice cream. I was in love! The server was professional and willing to answer our questions. He was cool to explain new features of this mini computer screen on our table and provided our needs like a receipt when the computer didn’t print our copy. Overall, it was a great experience. Chili’s never disappoints!

Well well… I’m actually pleasantly surprised that we enjoyed most of the food this time. I definitely think there was some sort of strategic change for Chili’s to try and align themselves with higher end restaurants instead of the Sizzlers of the world. I ordered the Classic Sirloin, 10 ounces with broccoli on the side. I wasn’t expecting much, but the steak was delicious! It was cooked well and was a nice cut of beef. Broccoli was crunchy. I was very surprised and certainly didn’t expect it. My wife ordered their Ancho Salmon and she loved it too. Kids ordered the quesadilla and fries and were content. Whatever change happened, I think it was for the best and I hope this one good incident is not just an anamoly during my visit. Parking can be difficult if you go during peak hours, but there is plenty of parking if you dont mind a little walk(which is healthy for you anyway). Service was great, prompt and friendly. They have a tablet on the table that you can play games on for $.99 and pay your bill. A nifty idea that no one else has(that I know of). They have a full bar and TVs if you are interested in going to watch a game and have a drink. As Arnold would say… I’ll be back!
