Cafe O Hookah Lounge

This place is a joke. You honestly pay way too much for the garbage it is. Its really gross looking even though staff was really nice that’s all I can say positive about this place. Over priced. Uncomfortable seating. Gross drinks that you are required to purchase. Average hookah. Won’t be back even if they payed me.

This is my favorite hookah lounge ever. The owner is beyond phenomenal he is the nicest and most hospitable guy! He is always trying to help his employees when busy and always makes the best food (especially the fattoush salad, mmmm)!! The employees are amazing as well Jeff and Dj are always making sure your hookah is perfect and changing coals as necessary! The waitresses Sylina and Jenna are just as amazing making sure your visit is perfect every time you come. Thank you guys! You’re the bessssstt!

Been going hear for years. Place is always friendly, owner is a really cool guy and so are the staff. Laid back place and fridays have a DJ with music. Check it out!

Amazing service and the nachos are delicious! Good size to share! Great hookah and good food. The atmosphere is mellow. It’s a nice place to come and chill with friends.

Worst place! They add tip to your bill automatically without your knowledge and don’t even tell you they added it! It is also mandatory for you to buy a drink and just a water is 2.50! Hooka was less than satisfactory!.. better off driving 10 – 15 minutes to SF. really any other hooka place would be better than this place

Horrible service, hookah didn’t taste like anything. Waitress was rude and acted like the question we asked was stupid. The staff is rolls their eyes while people pass them in their little corner and ignores you when you ask for something. My friend said that something flew to the back of her throat out of the hookah when she was sucking it. It was very difficult to even get smoke and was basically just smoking air. Will never go back.

Horrible service, cheap metal hoses, over priced everything, forced to buy 3 dollar water per person. If you’re stuck in Santa Clarita and you need a hookah fix, ask me to make you a bowl in my backyard. I make better hookah. #wantalocalbobabear

Shitty service, you have to literally wave your hand in front of their face for their attention. They charge refills up the ass and basically you might as well buy one of their «specials». Oh wait you have get the EXOTIC HOOKAH FIRST. What the fuq… I’ve been to so many hookah lounges and even had a ex boyfriend be managed of The Hookah Lounge and Athenas club and Hookah and best places of service and hookah and THEY DONT CHARGE GRATUITY FOR THREE PEOPLE LIKE THIS RIP OFF PLACE DOES. This place takes second place of the top three worst hookah places I’ve been to. Which doesn’t surprise me since its in Santa Clarita. Fuck you to the waiters

Excellent service, we didn’t like the flavor we had ordered but Tom and Dj offered to change it. Definitely recommend this place.

I would put zero stars if I could. A group of friends and I walked into the lounge to enjoy a nice night after work. After sitting down at an open table (Which there were several by the way open) our server asked us to stand up and move to another in the rudest manner I have ever seen in my life of going to restaurants. There was a nonsense explanation given in a very rude manner. Never the less I can not believe I was asked to move from my seat when I sat down. I will not be returning to this lounge and will let all my friends know not to return as well. This is a hole in the wall joint and obviously deserves the same treatment. I gave it a chance and regret doing so.

Best hookah place in SCV I’ve been going here for almost 3 years now at least ones a week. Sometimes even 4 or 5 times a week. Great hookah, good food and the friendly staff. Love this place and took all my friends there. If you want to smoke good hookah and have good time this is the place!!!

Best hookah place. Free wifi, good food and great staff. And the best thing about this place is that they are open every day from 5 – 2 pm. I would recommend everyone who likes hookah to visit here.

First I want to say that the guy with the mustache and tattoos is their best employee and he should really be working for a better hookah place. Nothing here against him.
My girlfriend and I came here for hookah and a snack and got the absolute worst service. One of the waitresses only spoke the to the two tables on each of our sides and completely ignored us. We were never checked on and never offered refills once. The entire time the staff was just sitting down and talking to each other, the place wasn’t even busy but we still managed to get horrible service here. The hookah itself was terrible and tasted like ash and had no flavor whatsoever.
Also, their 15% gratuity on every bill no matter the party size is so stupid. It was just my girlfriend and I and we still left a tip without our choice for the most horrible service ever.
It seems like the staff here doesn’t care what kind of service they give you because they still get their tips in the end.
If you are not aware of their 15% gratuity you may get tricked into tipping more because they give you a space to leave a tip on the receipt.
I will not be coming here again and suggest making the drive out to the San Fernando Valley for quality hookah and quality service.

I come here often enough, honestly because it’s the only fully staffed local hookah joint. Most of the time service is really bad, except from whoever is making the hookah (Tom & DJ). The girls do not pay attention at all if you need anything & are usually just hanging out talking with other tables for long periods of time. They don’t make eye contact so it’s hard to discreetly flag them down. Inside furniture needs renovation badly. I’d recommend it, but don’t expect much.

The service was great! The hookah was even better! I was on a short vacation & checked Unilocal for a nice spot to finish my day & I was very satisfied. We did the up charge where they put ice, grenadine, orange juice & lemon slices (I think that’s what they were) in the water, pair that with the bowl they made (blue mist mixed with whatever our server thought would be good), it made my hookah taste like crap once I came back home. This place is a chill little spot but I would definitely recommend it :)

The best part of the experience was the drink I had.
They had an owner that was barking like a bearded rabbid dog at customers in the front. Tom, our hookah-​tender was terrific though. He was funny, helpful and pleasant. Perhaps they should invest in some leashes for their dogs.

Absolutely amazing. Ive been to every hookah lounge in LA and have stuck with this one. Both Tom and Dj keep every single thing in check. Never have to ask for coals the service is always great. The hookahs last very long and are great the whole time. They have great deals and amazing flavors. Food is excellent along with a variety of drinks. The owner of the lounge also greets guests and wants to make sure your time there is good. Definitely would recommend.

Café o Scv is seriously a gem of this small town! It’s been thriving for seven years and has attracted many regulars. The vibe is amazing, if you come here enough, you will find that every one has become friends. I come here with my friends when they’re in town or even by myself. Raz, the owner, is super friendly and brings great energy! The staff, dj, Tom, Kristen, and Frine are incredibly attentive and hospitable! In a town that closes pretty early, this is a great spot to end your night! Like them on Facebook and read the weekly specials and take advantage of them!
