Will not come back. It’s dirty and according to my husband, the food wasn’t good, he got a breakfast burrito, 2 times. Go somewhere else, there must be a better mexican restaurant.

I just went here for lunch & everything we ordered was great. I had the 2 item combo with a hard shell taco with shredded beef & a tamale with shredded beef as well. Normally, I would order chicken with my taco but I was feeling adventurous & wanted to give it a try. My kiddos shared 2 taquitos with some chips & salsa. I LOVED the tamale & beans. The rice was the only thing I wasn’t crazy about. My kiddos normally LOVE Mexican rice but they both were not inhaling it like they normally do. I will totally go back though but next time just order all(refried) beans if it comes with the meal I order.

We went to the Burrito Factory yesterday for lunch but the place was not the same. The prices were higher and burritos bigger. However, my energy burrito which should have had rice in it did not and was over stuffed with refried beans. It had so little guacamole sauce too. They ended up making my burrito over and it was better but not as good as before. My hub was happy with his power burrito. Although we’ve been going here for years, I’m not sure if I will go back.

I really think that the flavor is just the same, there’s nothing special. Macho mucho burrito is big! Salsa bar is good.

Food is really gross here. Taquitos don’t have much meat, their Asada tacos have nasty fat pieces of meat and chile rellenos weren’t easy to cut at all. Over all I wouldn’t come back here. Even their orchata is nasty.

Love this little place! Mucho Macho Burrito with ground beef is all I ever get. The fixin’s bar with the chilled corn salsa is amazing! Very tiny parking lot but we always get a spot. Food is fast and delicious!

Went there Christmas eve and was told dozen tamales for $ 30 so when I asked how much for only 6 expecting around $ 15 I was told $ 28, a total ripoff

Yummy for your tummy. If you like Mexican food you got to try this place. I highly recommend their burritos or cheese enchiladas. Workers have always been so nice too.

Well all I can go by is the wonderful chili verde burritos I’ve had here twice now but they really are 5 star good. I’ll be back again soon… The parking is a little funky but other than that calling ahead and picking up the food is perfecto.

I called to complain because my bean and cheese burrito was cold. I talked to a lady I believe her name was Maria. She put my name on the list and said she would give me my money back when I come in. I’ve now gone in there twice and they say they do not have my name on any list nor will they credit me my money(almost $ 7) or a new burrito. They hung up on me 2x when I called requesting to talk to the manager. This place treats customers like crap. Stay away!

Maria has the worst customer service ever! I stop by here at least once a week. Anytime she’s there I can count on the order being wrong, she also refuses to get the salsa ready that I like, but this morning took the cake, I called in an order for 11 Breakfast Burritos and she told me she couldn’t…huh?!? I didn’t ask her to prepare them in the next 15 minutes or anything. I called in advance and I was placing the order but she refused service… wow! I can’t say I’m surprised, she has always provided the absolute worst customer service EVER! So now the reason for 3 Stars, there is a gentleman that works during the week that is one of the most personable people I have had the pleasure of knowing. He provides excellent customer service! I just really wish this location would get rid of Maria. I unfortunately will not be back until they do.

The wife and I love the breakfast burrito even for dinner ! It’s just salty enough and the salsa is a great addition. Now that I am pregnant I have to have them but I am sad they don’t open earlier as my work time is always right when they would be opening. Considering it’s mostly workers who are in there when I do go, I would think they would open a bit earlier.

Come hungry, because the burritos are even bigger than Chipotle’s. We really like the food here; it is inexpensive, filling, and they don’t skimp on ingredients by any means. Not much from the outside, but you won’t regret getting your burrito fix here.

NOMENUDO… and a lot of other menu items. This place promotes the drive thru so if you decide to eat in don’t expect much in the way of customer service. I walked in and they were less then pleased. Too bad, the burritos are good so I can give them just two stars since they are a one trick pony.

Saw this place as I was driving around looking for some food. I work in Santa Clarita but am not too familiar with the city. I love burritos, especially bean burritos. I noticed they serve breakfast burritos all day. That is what I ordered! I love breakfast burritos especially with potatoes and chorizo. The burrito I order can with beans, eggs, potatoes, and choice of meat. I ordered chorizo of course. It was made to order so it took a few minutes to get it. I drove back to the office and unwrapped it and took a bite! It was still hot. The burrito was good. All the flavors I was looking for. Their salsa wasn’t that good. I would return. I liked the burrito.

I have not gone here since Tim Tom’s closed down. Decided to give it a shot one Saturday morning. Get there, drive thru was packed with 5 cars so I decided to just walk in since I had not been inside, no one in line! yes! So I go up and ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito from the nice little lady behind the cashier. Salsa bar is awesome and simple. Got my food within 5 min to realize it also came with chips. These burritos are not the biggest I have seen but it did taste very good! Not to mention its in a pillow like shape. I need to go back here and experiment with some of their other burritos and menu items.

For close to 20 years I have been living and have never gone to the burrito factory. I happened to pass by today that it happened to be at lunch and I thought I might try the burrito factory out to see why it’s been called an institution. Unfortunately, however, I can’t understand why it is even which type of institution. The burrito factory prizes itself on its breakfast burrito. In this last year, I had occasion to have two breakfast burritos from small hole in the wall restaurants in town. The burrito factory is hands-down inferior to the other company’s breakfast burrito. The taste is bland, the texture is mushy and overall it was an okay breakfast burrito experience. Certainly not something that would make this an institution. My only speculation for why this place became an institution is that the taste buds of Santa Clarita 20 years ago were very different than the foodie taste buds of Santa Clarita today. What was a considered a good restaurant back then would never even get one star in today’s environment. As far as the ambiance goes, the restaurant is a hole in the wall type location and is relatively small with seating for maybe 20 people. The customer service was acceptable but not friendly. In the end, if I’m in the mood for a breakfast burritos or seeking divey Mexican food, I probably would not come back to this place again.

My wife and I showed up for our normal Friday morning ritual burrito. They told us ‘sorry — you’ll have to wait’ as they were working on an order of 10+ burritos. Thought it was kinda sad that regulars get marginalized like that.
