Willow Springs Apartments

I highly recommend to avoid renting from this community. They will ensure to take all of your deposit ($ 700.00 in my case) and actually provide a bill for an additional $ 200.00. This is regardless of how clean you leave your apartment since they «have to» paint the walls, put new blinds in, steam clean and deodorize the carpet, put new stove tops, etc. Sorry but I have lived in other places and have never heard of such things (except of course steam cleaning the carpet). I, unfortunately, did not listen to the advice of others (previous tenants and reviews online) who provided this same warning. Sadly, the «landlord» refuses to provide contact information for the individuals «in charge» of the property. You can definitely find a better place without the headache.
