Go to this location at least once a week. Sandwiches are always good and the staff is GREAT. Been here so much I don’t even have to tell them what it want just«the usual».

I got a coupon for a free sandwich, so I figured what the hey, I’ll find the closest Togo’s and feed my face. Walked in and the place is really busy. I’m thinking, so much for lunch hour, better make it lunch hour and a half, maybe two. Got in line anyway, six people ahead of me. next, Next, NEXT, NEXT! Oh, that’s me. It was like a 15 second wait, bang boom bam, I’m ordering already. The sandwich maker(they should be called Sandaristas) took my order and was made in 30 seconds, I timed it, she was fast. But the guy next to her, he was moving so fast that his hands were just a blur. Oh now the next part, the coupon and the credit card. That was slow. But then we always complain about how slow the internet is. Total time in the store was less than 2 minutes. I took a while deciding what I wanted to drink. BTW, Life water is a bit too sweet for my tastes. Am I coming back? Hells yes! Even if I don’t have a coupon. These guys are great!

First and last time here today. I ordered a Turkey Club online for a 12:20 pick up time. I arrived and when the gentleman who was ringing me and a co-worker up read out my order, which was a Turkey Club combo WITH cheese. He looked at it funny then said«No cheese… yes cheese». I said yes, I added cheese. I paid $.75 to add cheese to this sandwich. When I got to work and opened the sandwich… no cheese. Not only did I not get the cheese I paid extra for, the produce on my sandwich looked weeks old. The lettuce was brown and soggy and the onions were soggy as well. To top that all off.literally.the sandwich had SOOO much pepper on it. I frequent Togos often and I have never received a sandwich this unsatisfying before. It was very busy, lunch hour, but I am very shocked and upset at the quality of the sandwich I received. I will not be back to this location.

I like this location because it is somewhat hidden and isn’t surrounded by a lot of other restaurants. The parking lot in the back is quite spacious! The other locations that I used to go to were located near other restaurants which would cause the parking lot to always get packed and I would have to wait forever to find parking. But this place is tucked in a small corner which is perfect! The sandwiches are as good as always! Nothing special when it comes to food and the staff since it is just a franchise.

This is the best Togo’s location ever! I order for work meetings several times a month. For the past six months, they are always friendly, have my order ready on time, consistent food quality and have never made a mistake on an order. It’s the little things that make my job easier and the team at this location help me keep my team happy and well fed!

I always call ahead. I go here nearly every single day. What can I say, I love it! The staff is awesome, the guy s who answers the phone and manages the cashier is great. He has my order ready right when I get there and he makes it a point to acknowledge me or even chat. It’s nice that they don’t have the whole serious let me take your money so you can leave expression. They are very lively. It’s near my job and works great. Have in mind this is one of the only food joints in the area, it’s all commercial buildings. So during lunch rush everybody and their momma’s go here. Call ahead if you can.

Fail! My salad wrap was so dry! They completely forgot to put the dressing! And the sandwich I ordered had little to no spread! Very disappointed!

I like Togo’s. I generally get the hot pastrami but in my most recent visit, I got the roast beef dip sandwich. The roast beef was good, although there was a piece of overcooked meat that was unchewable. It came on a white bun which didn’t soak up the au jus too well. I had to soak it for a longer time so I could get more juice. The added cheese and horse radish was nice. I had A LOT of au jus leftover, and it tasted like a simple beef broth. The service seemed pretty good. My coworkers got their sandwiches really fast but mine took a lot longer. I don’t think it should have taken that long. I prefer Togo’s over Subway and Quiznos. However, my favorite sandwich place is still Ike’s.

No way will I be returning here to get a sandwich. I ordered The California Club asked the person to put everything on it. Got back to work with nothing but the meat in my sandwich. When I called to let the manager know about this. He asked if I was having a bad day. So there you have it… smh… Booooooooo!!!

Despite the Lunch time rush, they got me in and out and made a great pastrami sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency.

Just came in 08÷17÷13 @ 2:50pm and the girls working there just said it was closed. Sign say’s it closes @ 7. They were just sitting on one of the tables chatting… IDK. If your in the mood fr sandwiches… I’d rather go somewhere else, where they will actually be open and wanting to serve you.

I work out down the street and this is my go to TOGOs when I’m super hungry after working out. Years ago this was one of the TOGOs that had a bar at the back of the store but that’s long gone. I only go at lunch time and at peak times there can be a line. But like all TOGOs, especially this one, these guys are very good at making a quality sandwich quickly! I also think that the cashier has been working here everytime I’ve been here. He’s super efficient, and will be ringing up your order before you know it to get you in and out quickly. Plenty of parking in the back, side and front. May be a bit of a challenge at peak but I’ve never not parked in their parking lot. Also, like others mentioned, do a Unilocal check-in there’s a coupon for a free drink(at least right now that’s what it is)

Togos is far better quality in deli meats compared to its competitor’s subway and quiznos. Make sure you check in to get a free soda. Also check out their daily specials — $ 5 for the daily sandwich, a drink, and chips! The Turkey cranberry and Turkey avocado sandwiches are pretty good!

I come here several times a week because it is literally across the street from my workplace, which is very convenient. :) It does get busy around lunch time, however, the staff members are pretty fast and so the wait time isn’t anything to complain about. I really appreciate that they have a system when it is busy – one person will take and make your order, while another rings you up. It definitely quickens things up! I normally get the Italian Chopped Salad which consists of salami, ham, grated parmesan cheese(?), lettuce, whole grained croutons, tomatoes, and their wonderful Italian dressing. This salad tastes amazing and I highly recommend everyone try it! Sadly, I can’t really find it at any other nearby Togo’s locations. :( Beware of lack of parking spaces! The small plaza lacks in parking spaces, so it is best if you park n the back lot. Also, there is always constant traffic going in either direction and so trying to leave the plaza itself may be a little dangerous.

I really like this Togo’s, in comparison to the other Santa Clara location by Mission College and Great America Parkway. The difference between the two, is their customer service. Every time I come here, I call in and order in advance. I usually attend this location, during regular M-F lunch hours. The place gets packed quick, but the phone orders are always ready by the time I get there after order placed. There is a specific employee there that is always super friendly, don’t know his name but he kinda looks like Enrique Iglesias. Keep up the good work, De La Cruz Togos!

4.5 all the way!!~…purdy close to a 5 in my book. I have been going here on my lunch break for the past couple yrs. I always get one of the half n half combos. The sammitches r alwayz fresh. The salads r always so yummie. N soups… if u have a late lunch like me… they can sell out by 2 :0(but they r always so nice n hot n full of flavor. but tear… the bar in the back is no more :0(
