After moving here from Texas, I was pleasantly surprised at how much the food, from burritos to tortas to their tacos, were just so good and reminded me of home. They are great about adding little extras to my tacos like cheese to grilling onions and salsas. I really enjoy grabbing food here all the time!

Was craving tamales last night and when I checked Unilocal, this was the only place open nearby. Ordered 3 carne asada tacos and 2 pork tamales. While waiting, the guy who I believe owns the truck gave my friend and I each a pork taco for free!!! And boy was it sooo good! And their tamales are the best tamales I’ve ever tried! So fresh and full of flavor! Definitely coming back!

I rarely give five stars but the food is amazing. The customer service is excellent. There may be a small wait, but believe me when I say it is worth it!

This taco food truck is in the parking lot of an open-late Starbucks, in the strip mall with Big Lots and Lucky. It’s a bit cold to eat outside in the winter, but they only have outdoor seating. They have a very simple menu that looks just like a poster of tacos that they wrote on so it was difficult for me to determine the prices of the items, but one can be assured that whatever one gets it’ll be fairly cheap. I ordered one al pastor, one carne asada, and one lengua taco, which amounted to $ 5.50. The tacos are topped with onions and cilantro, unless you say you don’t want them when the guy asks. A cute couple runs the food truck, the man at the cash register and the woman at the grill. My plate came out in a few minutes, but I realized that they replaced my al pastor order with an additional carne asada taco. Slightly disappointing, but I didn’t feel like complaining and all the tacos were good anyways. The lengua was very tender, but not as flavorful as the carne asada. I would come back if I wanted a quick, casual but authentic Mexican meal and the weather was nice.

I have passed through this so many times but have never before tried this place and given I get street tacos close to my home is a blessing. Taco food trucks are cheap and this one is cheaper than other taco food trucks in this area. The roasted pork taco over here is amazing and fell in love with it. Do mention that you want more hot sauce on your taco if you want it really spicy. They have other options for Mexican food too but I love tacos so I only get them and they taste really really good.

I am stunned people have given this place more than two stars. Were you just delivered here from Jupiter and hadn’t eaten for the 9 month trip? Have you not tried one of the three other taco trucks within a couple miles? This is easily the worst of the four. Taco’s tortillas arent flash fried, and they come covered in the worst hot sauce i’ve ever had. The super burrito had no guac or cheese and was so bland i think even a geriatric on a no sodium diet would have found it flavorless. Do yourself a personal favor and head to one of the other three local trucks you can find here on Unilocal. No comparison

The only place to come for late night tacos in Santa Clara. Al pastor is on point. Carne is on point. The tacos taste fantastic. The sauces are actually spicy. I love my spice, and this is actually spicy — lots of place aren’t spicy enough. The sauces here though… oh man, I love it

My favorite taco place! 3 tacos for $ 5: what a steal what a deal. This is one of the closest places to get great tacos in NorCal. Bring cash and tip the chef, he gotta make a living and a family to support, nahmsayin? You will see droves of Latino people eating here; indicator for bomb Mexican food. Try all the meats: fish, tongue, carne asada, chicken — EVERYTHING. They have tamales too. There something about the simplicity of the food here that makes it so freaking good.

Im from LA so I’ve been spoiled with the best tacos north of the border. I ordered Al Pastor Tacos, Chicken Quesadillas, pork Tamale. Tacos lacked flavor, Quesadillas lacked flavor and dressings, Tamale lacked flavor. I will not return here.

We live in the apartment complex next to the Santa Clara DMV and walk over to Lucky all the time. Earlier this week we noticed this taco truck and thought we’d try it out — WOW, the food is really good. We got the carne asade tacos(whatever sauce they put on them, it’s amazing) and a carnitas quesadilla. The people working there were so nice, they saw me eyeing the al pastor meat, and they gave us a pair of those tacos to try for free(!!). We’ll be back. The food is great, the service is fast, you get a sweet deal at a cheap price, and the people working there are humble, polite, and friendly(which is more than you can say about a lot people in Silicon Valley ;-)).

Awesome street tacos! The tacos they serve here are flavorful and one of the best in the Bay Area. It’s hard to catch since this is on a taco truck. However, this is worth every dollar. I will note the carne asada is a little bit dry.

This place is the bomb! Good place to have some Mexican food in Santa Clara. I like their tacos Al Pastor, just wish there was a little more meat. The Tortas de Asada are so delish!

I go here all the time. Even though I rarely check-in. I’ve tried just about everything on the menu. But my favorite thing is the torta with carne asada. Another thing about them, there just aren’t any taco trucks in the immediate area, definitely a plus for them. They are open late, food is always hot and delicious and now they take credit cards too.

Not many taco trucks can be found near lawrence and el camino area. Why this truck? Well they are open 4pm-11:30pm mon-sun. That’s right open monday! **high five** Usually not that many places open late mondays in this area, so when the sweet owner said they did, I smiled. Came here around 10 on a monday and there were quite a few people, who seemed to be regulars, already chilling. They offer two group tables with chairs to enjoy your meal right under the stars. I came here mainly for their 3 for $ 5 tacos. Had the carnitas and al pastor and it came topped with onions, cilantro and hot sauce. The owner will ask you when you order if you want them. It was yummy in my tummy. The tacos could use a smidgen more meat, but I can’t complain if they are open monday nights. I will be back. PS. look for the bright lights in the big lots/lucky/osh parking lot.

the greatest taco truck ever made founded by people that really don’t like Philistines I used to eat here every Friday before the Marine Corps put me in Florida, that was back when they only accepted cash. I almost never carry cash. I recently came back and they now accept credit cards. There is really no reason to not eat here.

Located at Halford and Elcamino is a Taco Trailer run by The King David Taco company. I was driving my Work Whip Big Ken and stopped by The King David Taco Truck for Lunch . I ordered a Al Pastor Super Burrito and a Mexican Coke for Lunch. It came out too $ 9 . CASHONLY . I ate my Burrito there. It was a well Constructed Burrito and the Ingrediants were very fresh. A lot better food than the Taco Bell across the Street.
