Big sign out front that says«Now open at 6am». I was here at 630am, and I don’t see lights on.

I have been coming to this location for years. It got better for awhile but, sad to say, it’s gone down hill again. Besides always feeling rushed and asked«is that all» or «anything else»(I will tell you what I want if you stop interrupting me by asking if I’m done), I am finding once again that I am paying for a 6″ inch sub and getting shorted on that. They have put in a ruler that I have NEVER seen them use and today again I got less than 6″. Next time I will insist they use it but I wonder why they continue to get away with poor service. I also don’t appreciate the frustrated looks I get when I ask that they spread the ingredients onto the sandwich versus a clump in the center. This is definitely the place for convenience to my location but this location leaves a lot to be desired. Please fix it!

Worst Store ever «Laura» she was talking very loud actually yelling plus the bad attitude while she making the sandwich. Please hire people that will be able to like their jobs. There is a lot of unemployed people out there looking for any job!

This subway is alright. Came here on a Sunday lunch time. Parking was fine since its not a working day but parking lot is very small. And the building is all tinted very dark, I couldn’t even find it if not for the subway sticker on the windows(same goes for Starbucks). Anyway, staff seems polite, no arguments inside the restaurant. Very clean and tidy, all tables are wiped clean and their food is fully stocked.

I went before work and the service was not adequate. They were ignoring other customers which ticked me off. But what got me heated was the lady told me that subway no longer serves B.L.Ts anymore. So I asked her was it just that location and she tells me no it’s all locations. If that was the case then why did I enjoy a B.L.T just two days ago? So I called a couple of locations and they all said they still have it on the menu. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable to me. I had to choose another sandwich even though she could’ve made the B.L.T. don’t think it’s an ideal location either.

Wake up. Cashier was going to charge me regular price on the monthly $ 3 special(until I pointed it out on their menu). Know your menu better.

This Subway is across the street from Intel on Thomas Rd. It has a tiny car park which is often busy as there is a Starbucks in this small strip of stores. The service is OK and it carries the staple Subway menu. Best to call ahead and see if they can take your order over the phone(if not to busy) vs stand inline, especially around lunch time. 3 stars

Th avocado is so slight that it may as well be mayo(which they give u more of btw) these girls are slower than I’ve ever seen. 5 people. 3 girls on line and one in back. And they took 15 minutes thru 3 sandwiches. Wth? Never come here during lunch or if ur starving.

Ok, first off. Whoever built this building must have slipped the building and planning department for the City of Santa Clara some serious cash because there is no reason a parking lot like this should exist. Ok, the place is hot. Like middle east hot. Its unbearable. The food is typical subway but I felt a need to complain about the heat and parking lot.

I am a sandwich lover. My choice of bad carbs is bread, not rice, nor is it noodles but bread! I have to admit– I haven’t had Subway in years and I never thought in a million years that I would physically go to a Subway and order a sandwich BECAUSE there are soooooooo many sandwich joints and I have driven about an hour for a sandwich at Ike’s Place, Phillies, Phat Philly, The Refuge, Deli Board. to name a few so what’s a sandwich lover like me doing at a Subway one might ask? It’s pure simple. It is all Dharam’s fault. No need for me to get into details but a sandwich and soup was brought over to me and to my surprise, the darn thing was tasty and rather healthy. It is very difficult for a fatty like me to portion control so this 6″ is perfect. as it is a single serving portion and depending on what you order, it can be under 300 calories and under 5g of fat. impressive, I will say! I walked in and wanted the buffalo chicken sandwich. I wanted the foot long but no. I got the 6″ turkey. no mayo. just the lettuce, onions, pepperoncinis, jalapenos, onions, olives, mustard, and turkey. I added hot sauce to it too. it was worth every penny! The selections of potato chips ranges from healthy to super unhealthy! I got the most healthy one and ate that guilt-free along w/my sandwich. and a Coke Zero. My tummy was happy. My wallet was happy. My mind was happy. Beware– parking is HORRIBLE and the 2 ladies behind the counter got a little annoyed because I took some time to order but in my defense, I was not in line! The cookies located next to the register was meant to entice you but I was not easily enticed(this time). we’ll see how well I do under compulsion next time I come here. Soups/salads/sandwiches… again, depending on what you order. for me this place is heaven for healthy sandwich lovers. too bad I couldn’t have mayo though but the mustard was a good substitute.

I was grabbing my Mail today when I noticed a Subway flyer in my mail. They were advertising their New Hot Pastrami Sammich. That got my attention plus the dollar off Coupon on the flyer. So In my travels today I was rolling by this Subway and decided to get the Pastrami Sammich. My Sandwich Server was very Polite and Cordial. I ordered a Foot long Pastrami on Italian Herbs Bread with Pepper Jack Cheese and the works. My Server put it together and it was a nice sized Sammich. They even take Discover Card and with the Coupon it was well under $ 10 dollars. The Sammich was Deli-sh. I hope they add it as a regular menu item.

This is probably the worst Subway in terms of quality of food and service. First off, the food. The staff seems more concern about quantity over quality; they are rather quick, but they don’t really put a lot of care in making their sandwiches. The temperature of food was not what I expected for a toasted sweet onion teriyaki footlong. Don’t get me started with the service. It’s really hard to customize your sandwich because they are simply impatient. The reason why it’s slow is because they speak limited English. Contrary to what other reviewers say here, the staff here are rude, impatient, and completely useless. The franchise manager of this store needs to reevaluate their service standards.

Typically I don’t care much for the service at a fast food chain. It’s close to work and I just want to be in and out, go back to my office… But this one time, they have gone above and beyond to be horrible. They introduced the Turkey Avocado sub and the overhead menu had a special for $ 7 footlong sub and add $ 2 to make it a combo. So I figured ok, I’d get a coke and two cookies. The cashier rang the order up to be something like $ 12. I pointed to the promo menu and said it should not have been more than $ 10. She didn’t even bother turn around to look at it and just gave me the receipt where she had rung each item separately. Further explanation of the fact it was a combo was met with blank stare, no offering of getting a manager to fix it or anything! She basically just stood there with the«you are holding up the line and what are you going to do» attitude until naturally I didn’t want to waste my or anyone else inline’s time.

As far as fast food chain restaurants goes, Subway in general takes the cake. The subway down the street from my office is pretty cool. It shares a parking lot with Starbucks, which is convenient location wise. Parking however, is a freaking nightmare. I’m usually in my office pretty early, so I’ve trained my body to eat lunch at 11:30 so I can avoid having my car rammed in a tiny lot. Other than that, this particular Subway knows what they’re doing. It’s always clean, the girls are always super friendly, they know my order by heart, and they perfectly cook their chocolate chip cookies. They are so fresh and soft, I can’t help but add it to my order. I almost hate going to other Subways for fear their cookies will be day old and crusty. This is one of my go to sandwhich shops.

Probably the fastest service subway you could find. They have servers lined up to do each section of sandwich making and they go it right. only problem is finding the parking spot, otherwise it would have been 4star.

Not a big Subway fan but tried the Steak, Egg & Cheese on English Muffin and Coffee this morning. By «Steak» the mean meat crumbles, «Egg» is some Suzy Homemaker toy sized egg patties, and«Cheese» is the same triangle stuff they put on the lunch sandwiches. The English Muffin was stale around the edges and overall the sandwich was unremarkable. The coffee at 7 – 11 is better. All this for $ 4.20? I will stick with Starbucks next door in the future.

We are giving them ONESTAR, which is VERY generous considering how stingy they were about giving us vegetables in our salad. We had to ask several times to give us more of each vegetable; they really gave us 4 of each topping(e.g. olives, bell peppers, jalapenos, cucumbers, etc.). Parking is crowded and the Subway here is not even decent. We will never go here again.
