It is unfortunate that I have to open up a Unilocal account in order to protect other consumers from this Metro location. I have been coming to this location for years to pay my bill and purchase and repair phones. I never had an issue up until this January. I knew the store had new ownership, and never had a problem until I met the«owner», I believe he said his name is Leo. First of all, I came to this location twice, and it was closed during«open business hours». Then I was told that I was not able to pay my bill because his system was not up and running, and he proceeded to blame a former employee for this problem. If you are the owner of the business, you should know what is going on with your business at all times, and have an education about what it is that you are selling. There seems to be a lack of education about phone plans, phone features, and what is the best deal for my money. Why are you in the phone business?! Instead, this bitter owner seems to be blaming all of his«non-operational» problems on this former employee. Please don’t waste your time or money on this joke of a «business», there is another location just up the street on Stevens Creek.

There is a saying that is, if something sounds too good to be true, it usually is. What follows is the time consuming, lively hood damaging tale of simply wanting something better, and finding that what I had was the best all along. Now in full disclosure, I did give time to aid in my frustration to build to what can only be thought of as being taken. I have to keep learning that trust is an ideal, it doesn’t come standard to human beings. After almost having a bad experience at the authorized dealer I went to before, I found this store on Google Maps, and thought no one gets taken by two stores… Well he says big names and I am star struck. It took three phones to get one that even now«kinda» works. If you really want to get in someone’s wallet and sell me something that for the same price you could go to a major store and buy the same if not better NEW. Final price for note2 over 400 bucks. that is not including the chargers and the cables, and of course the battery. so after all was said and done, missing work, and being battered financially, something happened that affected my ability to live, so it was time to fix this. but I needed to go back there. I settled for far less owed in order to get my equipment functional. it seems to be holding up(knock on wood) but as soon as is possible I will be buying a new in the box never been touched phone. By trying to skate by and be cheap, it cost me more than I would have expected.(far more) There is a lesson though, be cautious of where you spend your cash, there are those whose purpose is simply to attain it by doing or saying anything. Be careful. Final advice, don’t be cheap. just get a new one and avoid difficulties. Also, if you do not have cash and hear a deal that sound like it’s just what ya need, be careful… and if you choose to take assistance make sure to get complete details in writing! I have reviewed many places, and some good others not so much. My recommendation: Treat this like a clinic with flu shots with free hiv with every shot. AVOID
