Lovely park in Santa Clara. Great for birthday parties and summer BBQ’s. the tables sit in plenty of shade which is nice. The park also has a small rec room that would be fine for a baby shower or something. The kids have a huge playground, but it is a little close to the street. a little worrisome. It shares a yard with a school so there is also a baseball field for little league.
Get here early to reserve tables!

Came here for a few birthday parties and this park is nice and big! There’s a play ground for kids, slides, swings, sand, picnic tables, a basketball court, baseball fields and a huge grass field.
I suggest that if you are planning to have a birthday party here to show up early because there is only a few tables and they could get taken quickly… especially on the weekend.

Small little park but good place to relax in the sun and walk around

i take my son and/​or dog for walks over to this park most mornings. it is a pleasant little park but lacks the necessities like a skateboard park area, which is obviously needed at every park. dogs are allowed on leash. often, i see young men playing basketball. the briarwood park next to it has lots of little league stuff, and often those activities spill over into this park. people use the picnic tables and barbecues now and then.
the park also has a community center room. it could be good for like yoga or martial arts classes or cub scout den meetings. the park also has a men’s and women’s restroom, which are open during the day. the park has a playground; which is okay, i guess. i don’t know for sure yet because my son’s not old enough to enjoy it.
