Employee was kind and courteous and very helpful.5 stars.
I ordered a large peach, strawberry, mango and pineapple smoothy. 5 stars yummy.
It was filled about 1.5 inch from top, why? That would be a Med in my book.2 stars… can’t say I’m not disappointed.

Service here is horrible. I watched 5 people stand around doing nothing and a 6th person texting for about 5 min after 3 smoothies were ordered. If you don’t want to work then don’t come to work! This is bad service! My smoothie also came out after other people who orders after me!

The fruit Greek yogurt bowl was good. Didn’t wait too long even though there was a long line.
Fast friendly service. Would definitely eat and drink smoothies often.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is honestly the worst Jamba I have ever been to. They take HELLA long and complete orders out of order. It took 20 mins for my acai bowl and 5 people behind me got their orders first. Also, cashiers are always hella rude too. They either don’t even greet you or they’re too busy talking amongst themselves. If there was a Jamba within reasonable distance of this mall I would rather make the trip there than go to this one; they don’t deserve ANYBODY’S money.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Customer Service is awful! Their so called manager «polanco» not sure if that’s his name. But he was bullshiting with his employees in the back asking one of the girls if she was being sextexing?! Really? !!!
Second, he’s not even finish with ringing up transactions when he’s calling the next customer. Didn’t even asked if I wanted my receipt. I waited 15min. For my drink. Just Terrible service, will not be coming back.

Customers service sucks, the girl at the cashier is rude. There’s like 4 – 5 workers and I was waiting for my drink, they kept gossiping and talking about parties and they were on their phone. I won’t be coming back again!

Drinks taste similar to all other Jambas.
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They’re not the sharpest bunch (Saturday 3÷19÷16). They were inattentive today and the cashier couldn’t multi task nor was she cognizant of the looong line as she replied to text msgs on her phone.

Several times I’ve stopped by this kiosk and they are playing loud (profane) music on a small portable speaker connected to one of their phones. I’m in line now with several parents and young children around me and they’re playing a Drake song with several «F — » and «P — -» words. Extremely disappointed in the integrity of these employees and management’s inability to maintain a family friendly environment in this mall.

If I can give no star I will give no star nobody give a fuck about u. Employee just talking to each other like u don’t exist. People only go there because is in the mall! The drinks taste horrible!!! Can you just change management or do sth? Omg what a shame of Jamba Juice!!!

I have a really hard time finding a Jamba Juice I actually like in the South Bay. The one closest to my place always makes my smoothies taste funky, like Banana Berry would taste nothing like berries and bananas or the beets smoothie would taste oddly like a tomato. Not sure how any Jamba Juice can make drinks taste gross but shout out to the Coleman location for being a pro at making drinks taste weird.
This location usually has a long line but the line goes by pretty fast. All the smoothies I’ve ever had here are yummy and try to it’s flavor. Banana Berry actually tastes like it’s made out of bananas and berries! Go figure.
I really like that there’s a Jamba Juice in the mall because you can grab a smoothie or juice instead of being stuck with soda from the other places in the food court.

Terrible! Wait 15 minutes in line to order. Once I’m at the front I ask for freshly squeezed orange juice and they are out. How can you not have oranges at smoothie place? Then I ask for there special of the day, oatmeal with fruit which is listed on multiple signs. The girl tells me they don’t have oatmeal. Total waste of time & the girl was rude! Never going here again!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve been working in customer service for years and I’ve always forced a smile on my face and provided great service even if I didn’t want to. My friend and I went in on Sunday (Sept 20th) around 12pm and the entire staff was incredibly uninviting and rude. That is not how you provide customer service. Whoever the manager is, needs to properly train their staff or hire new staff. If you’re really that miserable, find a different job. No one is forcing you to work. Never coming back to this location.

Terrible customer service. My bf and I were thirsty after walking around Valleyfair and we decided to get some Jamba Juice. There were 8 workers behind the counter and only 1 cashier. The workers were gossiping about the customers after several of them walked away with their drinks in hand. One girl even went to the extreme to telling her coworkers that the lady was annoying and fat. Totally unacceptable. I waited 15 minutes for my drink and it was a simple White Gummy. The management of this location needs to train their staff to be more professional and to have more than 1 cashier at peak time.

This location is by far the slowest I’ve ever been to. It seems like everyone does not know how to work in a fast pace, which therefore makes their customers wait 2x as long. Very annoying. And the frickin dude passing ppl’s shit out was fucking up AND calling people’s names out like he’s a concerned parent trying to find his lost child. That’s all I have to say

There’s nothing good about this Jamba Juice. There is always a long slow line, its been that way every time I’ve been there. They need a new manager to make the staff happier or something. They all look miserable and overworked.
The drinks taste the same anywhere. I get the vitamin boost in mine. I would want to come back here but they need to add a second cashier or something.
