This place is horrible. Nobody is in the drive thru and I am the only one here inside. Made me wait a few minutes to order. Went to go find a table and they are all dirty! The ones that are«cleaned» have been cleaned with a dirty rag of some sort. You see all the white swirl marks. Disgusting. I’ll be eating in my car.

I don’t think I have ever eaten jack in the box while I’m sober but all the times I wasn’t sober, it’s not too bad. If it’ll help me from not being hungover the next day then idc! The wait for this drive thru honestly sucks. The wait is so long! So long that someone actually fell asleep in their car waiting in line.(Had to get out of the car to wake him up lol) Jack in the box will only be drunk food for me.

I was in the drive thru, in a hurry to get to work. The line in the drive thru wasn’t moving for about 15 minutes, can you believe that??? And it all happens on Tuesday morning when you really need to get to work ASAP!

It’s 10:30pm on Christmas Day and the lady working the drive thru is literally the grinch. She took orders like she knew what we were going to say, cut me off every time I spoke. Didn’t repeat my order but told me the total and completed my order anyways when I wasn’t even done and ruined my order. Sooooo… Negative stars if I could.

The food is usually satisfying and made well to order. However, it is 1am right now and there are about 9 cars in line. That normally wouldn’t be an issue, but each car is taking at least 10 minutes to recieved their food. I’ve been in line since about 12:30am, and I’ve literally just placed my order. Since sitting in line I’ve seen about 6 different cars pull up and just leave because of how long it is taking. I’m only in line still because someone pulled up right behind me as soon as I pulled in. The good thing however is that as I’m writing this the line is beginning to pick up. Now at the window and the manager just gave me a free cake for the inconvenience. This review went from a 2 star to a 4 star during the course of my typing.

Ordered couple of burgers from the drive thru. Gave her the money, told me it was a dollar short. Gave her another dollar, asked her to count again because I was kinda sure I gave enough. She counted, a dollar over. Took my dollar back. No apology for the mistake. Waited a minute for the food. Pulled away and later when I opened my bag for my burgers. No napkin! Not sure if her boss was too cheap to give customers napkins or she wanted to punish me for not giving her an extra dollar, or just lack of training. Forgetting napkin at drive-thru is unprofessional!

Nobody can mess up an order as much as these guys… they are the worst of all the jack in the box employees… They suck at their work… — I specifically told them not to put veggies in my burger and they did — they charged me for extra hash brown when they are not supposed to and not a single jack in the box has ever done this to me — while giving me the food I noticed two of the employees were not wearing gloves — when I asked for a glass for water she gave me a cup which is the size of a little finger

Wow! After a bad day at work I was ready for some delicious greasy fast food. Marcia was running the drive thru and is awesome. She turned my night around, had me laughing and smiling. She’s always so friendly and makes sure the food is fresh!

Since this location got a new manager it gone from bad to worse. The sit down area is frequently close. On 11÷14÷15 me and two other friends went there to sit down and eat, but the sit down area was closed and only the drive thru was open. So, we to Burger King down the road since this location can’t get their act together.

Seriously the worst Jack in the Box location EVER! The sad part is it’s literally two blocks from my house. The service is aweful and slow, you wait forever to order, then wait a loooooong time to get your food, only to have it be not at all what you ordered, and then get attitude from the staff when you try to get it corrected. :(my husband and I gave this location so many chances, today was your last chance, we will never be back.

Is it customary for the evening manager HELEN to slam the drive thru window and cuss inside like we can’t hear her because she and her staff couldn’t get our orders right? My family was in the car before us and I knew something was wrong when I noticed the drive thru window slamming started with them. 2 cars before us and it took so long so I assume it didn’t start with us. There was a long line behind us so I stuck my head out the window and warned the people behind us to check their orders. We pulled in the parking lot to discuss what just went down and the people in the car behind us were yelling! Oh, did I mention the hair in our tacos?. So, hair in our tacos, wrong orders, rude and completely unprofessional manager HELEN = calling corporate office to make a formal complaint!!!

4÷15÷1511:20pm. I go here at least once a day. I have never been talked down to or my intelligence insulted by anyone in the hospitality or customer service occupation. I have been in the restaurant business for years and this whole night crew including the manger were rude to me. It Started over the sirloin special $ 2 off any of the two burgers, which is something I’ve ordered before, until tonight when i was rudely, and abruptly denied unless i had a «coupon». I replied stating the advertisement did not say that, only that it was available while supplies last in small print, in the«are you stupid»? Tone of voice, he asked me if i was always wrong when i ordered my food? I replied i will take a picture and show him, he said he didn’t care, he had a coupon not to mention everything was being recorded. So i then pulled to the window for him to sit and mock me at the cashier, avoiding and refusing to open the window, i took my phone out to show him the picture for him, just for him to start throwing up gang signs, then i really took a picture of that, with a little of the girl manager, who fled the scene after she seen that. His name was i believe Joshua or Jesse. Sitting there for 3 minutes, the manager refused to speak to me, sending over javier, a crew member to try and justify why she wouldn’t go to the window. He also refused to give me her name, as if he didn’t want to put her name in his mouth. ?! Shes the damn manager, why is she sending a griller over to handle an obligation that requires higher authority and justification that her job title requires her to do! I tried to intercept her attention by calling for her as she was right behind javier, but he said she won’t go to the window at ALL, and sat there until i left. A customer who came at LEAST once a day will no longer trust going to this store which was so convenient for me to eat at since i live in the area, not to mention the crew there completely handled the situation with the least respect, and value of their customers, and not to mention the value of their job. Poor service. I wanted to punch everyone in there face at this point.

I had to try a jack in the box buttery burger. When I was eating the burger it had a funny taste as I was having it dinner. A late dinner. That night or morning I woke up with a stomach ache. It carried into the night and through the morning. I had to drink some carbonated water to ease the pain. I’m not sure what happen but I will not try a buttery burger again! The service was great as I went through the drive thru. I was in and out without any issues, except for the bad burger. Anyways I should of taken the burger back for a refund but it was late as I needed to get some sleep.

Great service thanks to Howard! They were a little slow but had everything fresh. They were out of taco hot sauce hut Howard gave us some in little plastic packages. Ghetto but did the job. I come here often since I live 2 blocks away. Not the first time they’ve been out of hot sauce, but good service overall. Like Arnold said… I’ll be back!

Drive through girl who works 7 pm shift… sucks!!! Snotty attitude. Be happy you have a job!!! Customer service is the foundation to any successful business. Without it. Its hard to see a good in any place. Will not be back.
