Absolutely best Servise and help on choosing products. I am doing renovation in two bathrooms now and choosing right tile could be overwhelming. I am so glad I stop by this store and got help any time I need it. I highly recommend it!

not !!! there are kinder not snobby businesses where owners
keep their service in check and the sale is earned with some respect to the customer whom without they would not be in business

Horrible company. Our tile came in defective which we were not able to see until installed. They did absolutely nothing to help us. The showroom is great but buyer beware! If something goes wrong they will not be there to help you.

I am now even more convinced that this store does NOT care to make a sale. I have often stood in there looking at products until I have to ask someone to help me. When they do they have an attitude that they would rather not be bothered to help people. I do not know how they stay in business. I will never go there again and will not recommend to people who are doing remodels or building homes. Terrible customer service and my daughter who was remodeling had the exact same experience.

Maggie helped us select some beautiful unique tile. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery due to the shippers strike which put us three weeks behind schedule. While it was very stressful since we were four months into the remodel, Tileco was very generous in how they handled the transaction.

Prices are inflated over 200%. Received quotes on 2 products from Tileco, which were over 200% of what another supplier gave us. Decided to spend $ 12k rather than the $ 25k we were quoted for porcelain tile. Wish we could support local business, however the markup is just crazy. $ 12.13 sq ft for porcelain.

You want something unique that your friends will talk about, go here, you want something you can afford go to Home Depot or Lowes.
Sometimes finding someone to help you is difficult, but you can bide your time looking at the cool tile work getting ideas on how to remodel your bathroom. Once you get help, there are plenty of suggestions and possibilities.
