If I could give this 2 faced, slime bag; this UGLY FACED, shit eating grin bastard ‘-10′ stars, I would. He is the WORST doctor FAKING a practice I have ever seen.
Be very weary of these Santa Barbara with their All in one centers that Dr TACKY-​nelli is apart of, all they want is your $ 45 copay and when I arrived? Dr Tacky told me the X ray tech left home sick that day so, Oh woe is me, I dont get my x rays for my chronic pain and injuries YET STILL PAY THEM MONEY??? (I WAS ROBBED), the health care I was told I was going to get and PAID for with a co pay… wasnt given to me and I was robbed.
This office robbed me just as a thieving thug on the street would.
Dr Tacky-​nelli-​He pulls off my shirt and socks… FAKES that he does an overall look on me, in fact, I FELT violated! Then abruptly leaves saying nothing and Im like… um «Im in pain, are you helping me here»?
And he was SO HAPPY so give me a SHIT eating grin and say «ON NO, I dont help you with that, I dont give out pain pills»…very insulting, very antagonizing…
The RITE bastard had the nerve to challenge and antagonize me when he knows if this was an out of office situation? Hed BE IN DEEP TROUBLE and on the concrete!
Then he goes and drifts to the EXIT of the door ACTING like im wasting his time when he STOLE MY MONEY and couldn’t even offer me BASIC x rays THAT ANY ONE can handle…
He then wrote me a PHONY Rx to see another podiatrist, who of course, has HORRIBLE reviews, just the same, they are both shit eating grinning bastards, and I gave a middle finger to them both and fired Dr Tacky-​nelli before he could BEG for a COPAY again. Hes probably popping oxys and ativan right now!
Ugly bastard he is, mean and just unethical. Deserves a good knee knocking if you know what I mean.
BAD DOCTORS IN SB, STAY AWAY FROM SB. They are all hypocrytical addicts who are %1ers…only goto ventura or oxnard, hell, get to LA.
I am enraged and this was COMPLETE ROBBERY.

So far my very favorite doc in SB!!! Great friendly doctor who knows what’s up. I felt cared for and safe and even with the crazy parking situation the 5 times I’ve gonee, due to construction, it is worth it! I really like the friendly staff and am so happy I chose this doc after much research online. I highly recommend Dr. Tac and his great staff!

I have had to see several surgeons, unfortunately. Dr. Tac and his staff are among the best. Ethical, courteous, and kind doctor and staff.
