We ordered a washer and dryer from Reid’s, and were told they’d be delivered a week later. Promised delivery time came and went, no washer/​dryer, and no word from Reid’s. When we called, they told us «it didn’t make it on the truck», and promised it would be delivered in a week. This exact scenario happened 4 more times!!! We finally cancelled our purchase and asked for a refund. Meanwhile, I am paying to wash laundry at the laundromat all month. They could have at least called to let us know we did not need to wait at home all morning for the delivery. 4 times! Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Farid at Reid’s Appliances in Santa Barbara made buying a new washing machine a quick and painless experience. Usually, I dread the appliance buying experience but he made it easy and I love my new washer. Plus, the two nice guys who delivered and set up the machine were stars too. My laundry room is wonky and on a slant. They took the time to make sure it was on even ground and it worked well before they left. I highly recommend Reid’s.

Waited 15 mins with no greeting while the ONE sales person helped another customer. Lost our business without batting an eye. Limited floor models on washers and dryers, too. Wanted to support local business, but heading to Home Depot now.

We are embarking on a kitchen remodel. We shopped online, went to several local retailers and did much research. We got a flyer in the mail from a local discount retailer and checked them out as well. Went to Reids and they beat the prices at all of the stores that had the «deals» that we found. Locally owned and a great staff that helped us meet our expectations. Truly a great resource. We bought all of our new appliances there. Very happy !

We bought a washer and dryer recently at Reid’s after first going to the big retailers in the area. Reid’s not onlyt beat the big box stores’ prices, they offered much more in the way of installation. Next time we shop for appliances, we’re going to Reid’s first.
