My laundry was picked up and delivered within 24 hours! Here I am, 2 days later to jump on for a lil thank you shout out. My towels, t-shirts, and everything else Linen laundered are clean & smell great. 3 things to note: 1) I’m new to Santa Barbara but from what I’ve gathered Linen is the only fluff and fold laundry service that offers an «air-dry» option in addition to typical fluff and fold, meaning in addition to washing and drying your clothes in a washer and dryer as other fluff and fold services offer, Linen offers a service that gives you a way to have stuff you don’t want in the dryer to be air-dried. 2) Here’s another good biggie about Linen: the laundry bag they give you is GIGANTIC& sturdy; that laundry bag holds all your dirty towels, t-shirts etc etc. 3)The last thing to mention is the $ 10 off discount on your first order. I gave Linen A LOT of stuff including towels that weigh more than say a t-shirt(they charge per pound) and I ended up paying a little under $ 60. Point is– with an air dry option that is only available at Linen and not anywhere else in Santa Barbara that is affordable(given the amount of time and labor you’re saving by paying for their service) along with the gigantic sturdy laundry bag, Linen has left a positive first impression on me. Thanks Linen Fluff and Fold. You guys did a great job & really helped me out :)

Such a great, convenient service. Fresh feeling, boutique, machines are new, staff is friendly. Affordable. Genius.

If you’re looking to do your own laundry here, don’t waste your time. Too few non large capacity washers. Multiple not working and the few remaining are taken up by their laundering service.

Functional. Well, barely functional. I mean, this place gets the job overall. But finding machines that work can be tricky if the place is packed with people. Sundays seem pretty mellow in my experience. Also, there is NO place to park. The street is always packed. Good luck with parking!
