I received my Masters Degree from the school of Education Leadership and Change (ELC) of Fielding in April 2014. The program was very precise and the courses were very well taught by doctors in the field. I was given the chace to present at one of Dr. Dixon’s classes in Cal Poly Pomona University! That was really nice of Dr. Dixon, they go above and beyond for the students. The educators and the Deans truly care for each member in the cohort and I really felt like family. To this day still keep in touch with Dean Teresa Marquez! I love Fielding!

Do NOT enroll in the Master’s program in Organizational Development and Leadership. They use a selling technique for «certificate stacks», completely useless and there is no academic advisors at the school (administrative only). The school program leads are non-​response and extremely complacent and the program overall is looking on to spend time and money on marketing and getting your money — there is ZERO follow through once enrolled.
