Yvonne is the most knowledgably sales person we have ever encountered in a comparable store (big or small). She took the time to explain everything about luggage and all of the travel accessories and clothing they have in this store. We will go back and will recommend this store to all.

An incredibly knowledgable staff that was willing to spend a fair amount of time answering my questions and providing suggestions. I was planning a month long trip to Asia and they outfitted me with a great bag and other travel accessories that were indispensable once I got in field.
I was also impressed that they have Manhattan Portage bags. I never see those out on the West Coast. It’s always nice to see a bit of New York fashion in Santa Barbara.
Definitely check the store out if you need travel products. Great people and great gear.

I bought a shirt at CircaTerra over a year ago that I really liked and after a few washings I noticed it wasn’t holding up well. I went to the store and explained to Mark, the owner, what the problem was. He called the manufacturers rep and got me a replacement in less than a week, no questions asked. Even sent me an email to tell me the new shirt had come in. Really good customer service, attention to detail, nice staff, and a great selection of useful «stuff» for travel and everyday use. I’ll definitely keep going back.
