I came here on a whim when my laptop started making some unpleasant noises on boot up. Don, one of their technicians, was able to diagnose the issue in moments (busted fan.) He kept in good contact while my laptop was in the shop. When a part order was required he laid out my shipping options so I could choose between time vs cost. Very fast, very efficient, reasonably priced, and my laptop looks brand new (they clean and polished the device after the repair.) Thanks Don and CDS team! Keep up the good work.
