My wife met with one of Bartlett’s arborists last Wednesday to walk our property and get a general idea of the work we need done. The appointment went well and my wife was happy with what was discussed. The arborist she met with mentioned he would have an estimate to her by last Friday. It is now the following Wednesday, a week after they walked the property, and the estimate still hasn’t been sent out. My wife emailed the arborist and their secretary on Monday to check on the status of the estimate and discuss some additional work we wanted done, but hasn’t received a response yet, two days later. We are very confused and disappointed.

ABSOLUTE TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM!!! John gave me a beautiful quote last week, and brought the crew this morning to introduce them to the job and me. They were here 4.5hrs today… Jacob and Stuart extremely careful of the surroundings, left 5 palms greatly maintained, left nothing out of place… What a pleasure to work with a local firm with integrity… Should I need help with my tall hedges, they will definitely be my contact… Thank you again!

They truly are experts and will advise you on the care of your trees. They have in mind the health of the trees and an aesthetic. They have a research facility that keeps them up-​to-​date on current treatments. An expert tree crew is interesting to watch. They are safety conscious. I did not have any billing difficulties, except that the bill did not arrive for more than two weeks after the service.

I have used this company for many years and have found them to be very professional and easy to deal with. Mr. Holien is exceptional and very knowledgeable. They also feed my Moreton Bay Fig tree which is aging and it seems to have improved the quality.
