Customer service is horrible at this location! You will never be received with a smile! Prefer Flame Broiler 100 times better! Horrible parking as well!

It’s good tasting for an okay price. It’s good if you want something quick and healthy.

Food is great. Whenever I need something quick this is usually my spot. Good tasting food and the prices aren’t too bad. Parking can be terrible, specially during lunch hour so phone your order ahead of time.

Just had a chicken bowl, it was ok a little over priced although I added xtra meat since it kind of needs it unless of course you want a rice bowl with chicken… Better then flame broiler but nowhere near Mos in Santa Ana or California Teriyaki Grille in Orange!

Food is great compared to flame broiler. fast service. with good customer service and if you eat at the place you get refill on drinks. Bowls are at a good price not expensive for a great meal. I would give it a 5 star but it’s missing that extra costumer service that you would expect with good tasting food.

This is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I ordered the salmon bowl and I got a small thin burnt salmon and the smallest layer of rice. The avocado was not sliced at all and a little brownish. I paid 9.99 and it was too late to take it back. Not coming back.

I love this Waba Grill! 1000 times better than Flame Broiler. The meat is amazing and not dry! I always order a steak veggie bowl with brown rice and avocado best part Is, I can call in my order and its ready when I get there :)

The prices and proportions are pretty good here. Though when I ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl, the chicken was too dry for my liking.

Placed order over the phone but was still not ready when I arrived. I ordered half half veggie bowl. Chicken was hard to eat with the cartilage and fat on it. Beef was only ok pieces were very very small. The vegetables were firm and bent the tongs on the forks they give you. It just was not a good experience.

I Used the restroom and there was no soap to wash your hands. While there two employees used the same restroom with no soap. Gross!

You know flame broiler? This is like flame broiler. Only different. The veggies here are kinda chewy but not in a good way. Like a «I cooked these too long but meh» kinda way. Chicken is legit. Beef is saucy!

I live in walking distance so that is always a bonus to start! But the staff was very friendly overtime I go in, food came out very fast, and it tasted amazing. They had a special 2 bowls for 9.99. Great deal, I will be coming back soon.

by far the worst waba I’ve ever been to. I will never return to this location. in comparison to the other locations I’ve visited, here are 3 major things that really disappointed me. this review is based off of my order today which was: chicken bowl with brown rice, extra onions. 1) they are very skimpy with their portions. if they charge the same price as the other locstions, I expect their portions to mimic eachother. other locations fill their bowls with rice and meat to the point where it’s touching the underside of the lid. today’s serving was about ¾’s of the way there. consistency is important if you’re running a business that also has many other locations around the area. 2) brown rice. it was dry, cold, and hard. when I say hard, I mean it would crunch when I bit down on it, so I ended up spitting it out as it was inedible. 3)every other location had their house sauce and spicy sauce on the side for you to fill on your own. this one had them already made. they give you one of each, which is filled a third of the way. quite sad. 4) the address listed on Unilocal is incorrect. it leads me to a business district, so I pulled over and called them to make sure. the girl there told me it was on warner and standard. if they are receiving calls and people are listing their reviews stating the address is incorrect, then you should probably fix that.

Not sure if the adress is correct on here. GPS followed the adress and took me to a business complex? However I called & the WaBa grill is on the corner of warner and standard. Smaller than usual WaBa grill so I would take it to go. Food is delicious as always. However I thought it was odd they keep the sauce behind the counter so you can’t fill up your own containers — you have to ask for them. No lemon either at this location. Only thing available on the counter is the jalapeños.

The employees were serious but there service was fast. The food was delicious only they did not have lime. This was upsetting because I always squeeze lime into my bowls which make my food extra delicious. The place had two flies flying around which made me feel bothered. The flies would land on the plates and the salsas.

The food is constantly good, fresh, hot. The service is fast, the shops are clean I enjoy Waba a few times a month. Of the three«Teriyaki chicken bowl» places in the area they are the highest priced so sometimes that pushes the competators ahead.

I recently spotted Waba on the way home from work and thought I’d give it a try. I’m a fan of their«Eat Smart Be Healthy» motto. The fact that they advertise no additives or MSG almost insured a repeat visit even before I tried my meal! ;-). I found the food(I got it to go) very tasty. The service was quick and freindly. I had the chicken steak combo plate. It came with a yummy small salad, and a bit of fruit. The overall portion was more than enough, and the price at $ 8 seemed quite reasonable. Their Teriyaki sauce is first rate! I’m quite sure a return visit is in my future.

Went tonight for a quick dinner to go. I had the grilled salmon bowl with brown rice and veggies. Everything was very good! Nice piece of grilled salmon, lots of broccoli, cabbage, carrots. The sauce teriyaki sauce is awesome! The portion is big enough to have left overs. My son ordered the steak bowl and loved it! The place is clean, staff is friendly and parking was easy. I would def come back when I’m in the area.
