We had Tropical replace our outside AC compressor/​condenser unit. They did a thorough job and when they found the lines had been kinked in our house walls, they could have just finished the installation and been on their way. But they really impressed me when they showed me the kinks, explained how it limited my air conditioning, and they took an extra day to fix the problem and stucco up the opening in the wall. All of this they did above and beyond the basic job. You know another service would have said ‘not my problem’ and been on their way. Now my AC works so well and hardly affects my electricity bill; I thank Tropical every time I turn on the AC.
