T and H Restaurant Supply

Why would any business not have an answering machine in the 21^st Century? I called several times, no answer, no answering machine to leave a message.

Of course they’ll greet you with smiles and act like your best friend. But they leave you in the dust right after they (husband and wife) sell you the refrigerator/​freezer. Its a cash only place so be ready to save up. I am not basing this off the refrigerator itself but the business and service.
During the day of delivery they were rushing to leave. They banged the side of our brand new freezer on the side leaving a huge dent due to him wanting to get out. When I asked a couple of questions about it he rolled his eyes in annoyance and kept telling us he had to leave. He did not even install anything. We paid for additional wheels on our freezer and he had the audacity to argue that we did not. I had to show him his own receipt that he wrote up that we did indeed pay for them. He just raised his voice and did not even bother to apologize.
UNPROFESSIONAL! Wife and husband are assholes. We dropped 5 grand for him to leave a dent in our freezer. After you give him the cash and drops it off that smile on his face disappears.
I could go on and on. Bad experience, I would not support this place.

Been here many times already because this is the only place my parents would buy stuff for their restaurant.
Every time we walk into this place we are greeted with smiles and they really are there to help you find what you need, not to make money off of you. They only sell you what you need and will tell you strait forward if it is not necessary to buy a specific product.
I really do not know what the person below is talking… maybe they need to think more about the long run than the short run. The quality of this place’s supplies are unmatched. When you buy something here, expect it to last. Nothing flimsy. Everything in this store is made to last and made to do the job and do it well.
Overall a great place and i will continue to come here like my whole family has been for the past 8 years.
