Suoi Tien & Cafe

Visited three times since my last review and first, I want to say all the waitress are lovely. Most of them could be import models and the service is very efficient (greeted quickly, drink served expediently).
However, even on nonbusy evenings the waitresses do not spend much time talking to customers (unless you know them already). Of the three waitresses that sat down and talked to me all three were friends met at other shops.
So if you want to spend an evening enjoying the view this coffee shop is for you but don’t expect to socialize with the lovely waitresses.

Ducked in the other day and found only a mixed crowd and what looked like one young lady on staff? There must have been another one or two hiding or working in back — but the place was kind of unpleasant feeling — I think I walked in on a slow or off evening. So maybe I’ll swing by another time to «check in» — otherwise it’s just not very impressive …

This place is probably my favorite Viet coffee shop. I love how this place has the bar area so that you can sit there and be right in front of the «baristas» instead of sitting down at the table and having to wait for them to pass by. The guy to scantly-​clad girl ratio is much better here compared to other coffee shops and the girls don’t hide out in the back. They’re constantly «working» and keeping themselves busy, haha.
It’s fun to enjoy coffee with my eyes…

This place is a joke. First of all I feel like I’m walking into a freaking dark dungeon. I left feeling like an dirty ass filthy ogre. Let me back up, the girls there are not hot, or even cute, heard some girl got her tampon lit on fire by accident and people left after that. Yeah I would not want to be there after that either. If you like dirty cups, girls with no ass, and to end up coming out of a smelly cave then this is the place for you. I’m not coming back ever again. No thank you!

Drive slowly not to pass it. They don’t have a big sign nor light.

Old, dirty, with hidious decors — Christmas snow lighting on the roof, iron gates at
the entrance, koi pond outside, super dark parking… I’ve never been to Vietnam
but it would be like this if I went to their crappy and sketchy red district… ;p
— Weird decors inside
Buddha and fish tank inside, Vietnamese pop & mom type bland decors etc. They
are all miss&match. Very very dingy with hints of «sketchy» colorful lightings. Lots
of TVs for games, lots of computers for whatever. Dirty tables.
— «No smoking» signs yet EVERYONE smokes inside.
The Little Saigon people make their own rules!
Girls: Cuter Vietnamese girls than others. 2 girls.
Uniforms: Skimpy lingeries.
Menu: They don’t have it. Coffee, tea, smoothies etc.

Girls are kinda cute but the ambiance is too sketchy, ghetto, and full of «cigarette» smell.
Most «booty» Vietnamese coffee places just don’t give much thoughts on decors — they just put ladies with skimpy lingeries, TVs, computers, sketchy lighting, seating, and «No smoking» signs ;p Lots of TVs for the games — That’s what I love about those establishments. But you wouldn’t wanna stay too long because of the sketchy ambiance and full of smoke. This was the shittiest ambiance I’ve ever tried…
I’m not from «ghetto», and just don’t feel safe nor comfortable here in various ways… ;p

The coffee is good and the girls are sexy (dress very sexy in lingerie), but they were very frigid towards me. Maybe they thought I was ugly, but they didn’t seem all that friendly towards the other customers either, who were all Vietnamese.

Girls are really friendly here. Not in a malicious, slutty way. Drinks are good. Crystal and Kayla are the coolest.

good services, good place to hang out, watch sports and movie.

Downsides are the limited parking in the private lot and smoking. Upsides are coffee, smoothies, constant refills of iced teas, TV’s, and scantily clad attractive servers. Oh, it’s cash only, which I think is good. It’s nice that there is a counter at this place like a bar. On this day I went the servers were dressed in like a see-​thru «ao dai» (long dress) over their standard lingerie/​bikini outfits for the Lunar New Year and it was pretty classy. I struck up a conversation with Robin who was pretty cool. I think I’ll return some day if I’m in the neighborhood.

One of the best place to hang out and just relax and enjoy the coffee and the scantily clad server. Every time I go there it has been an awesome experience. Girls are always cheerful and really brings out the good in the day. Jasmine has been a great addition to the team and someone kool to get along with. I would highly recommend you give this a try. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

This coffee shop has its own building and private parking lot. They have a huge counter to sit at. The place is pretty big. Drinks are all fresh and coffee is freshly made every morning. This is one of my favorite places because the girls are really nice. Just say hello and start a convo with them!

Has to be my new fav out of the shops around here.
Their tea is okay. Smoothies are great. I love the pineapple.
They have 3 large flat screen tvs with captions. I enjoyed eye candy while watching fast and furious can’t beat that.
They have their own parking lot so no need to worry about not finding a spot.
On my «sit-​down» score they rank 3 out of 5. They will sit with you most of the time. And I get lots of smiles here from them.
I’d recommend taking newcomers here.

Service was great. Jenny is by far the best person that words can’t be describe. Great personality to talk to and well as her service taking care of you.

I don’t always drink Coffee, but when I do, I prefer Vietnamese Coffee at Suoi Tien. Stay thirsty my friends.
I like coming to Vietnamese Coffee joints for two reasons.
1. The Coffee is so strong; it’ll keep you up for hours. I had one glass of Iced Coffee and I was wired until 2:00 AM. I woke up at 6:00 AM and I was still jittery.
2. The simple shock factor from my friends who were completely clueless on what goes on at Vietnamese coffee joints. Let’s face it; people don’t come here just for the coffee. If they did, the place wouldn’t be 100% pervy old men. The nice thing about this particular place is they got Jenny. She’s super sweet and likes to have conversations with her customers. She’s a huge foodie too, so you can ask her for some tips on local eateries.
Overall, this place is a fun hangout and I’ll probably pop back in once in a while.
A little about my credentials:
I first got into cooking & food when I was in college. After being rejected by numerous girls and getting zero action, I decided it was time for a change. I needed a new makeover to boost my geeky, engineering image. I applied for a cooking position at a Mediterranean-​Italian Restaurant near my home and learned to cook all sorts of pastas and dishes. I never became a professional chef, but I continue to enjoy & love food. 9 years later and 55 lbs heavier, I have a new passion for traveling and trying different foods around the world.

This place is nice!!! All the girls r nice n friendly. They would come n sit down n talk to u. Not like other café, where them girls r all conceited n never come talk to u unless they want ur money!!!

Overpriced Vietnamese coffee and half-​naked girls. What else needs to be said?
Usually pretty empty until the nighttime hits. What trips me out are the dudes that also bring their wives and children here. Some of the girls are more plastic than Barbie

This is more of a locals/​og spot. Not too many UCI kids or out of towners come here.
Place has been around about 6 – 7 years or so now.
The girls here wear traditional Vietnamese dresses (called Ao Dai) BUT you’re probably thinking. how boring right? Well the dresses are sheer white and the place itself has all BLACKLIGHTS so you can see basically see everything underneath (they have underwear on though). It’s still sexy but not as skeezy as other places. You won’t feel bad unlike other places like at DiVang where you stare briefly but look away b/​c you don’t want to feel like a perv.
Tons of TVs when you wanna watch a game and the touch screen games are plenty. Me and my gfs come here to catch up on things since a few of our friends work here. Nice spot to chill. And the music is pretty good… lots of love songs. new wave. and cheesy vocal trance. =)
