Complimentary cookie with Unilocal Check In. Subway is a franchise. People think they’re buying financial independence when they become a franchisee, but the fact is that buying a franchise is tantamount to buying yourself a job. You have to be there! If not, then the employees who don’t care will run your business to the ground. I stopped at this Subway at 8 a.m. on a Friday. There were two women. They were talking to each other more than they engaged with me. It needs to have a better system.

Stupid Workers. First off, for story purposes, I ordered a footlong. I added avocado and this lazy bitch found 2 halves but they still had the seed in it, she didn’t want to cut it out so she found a quarter of one and tried to just pawn that off on me. It wasn’t til I told her did she cut another quarter into a new one. So I add Parmesan cheese n other toppings. I noticed the bill was a little high but didn’t think too much of it and left. I checked the receipt and they charged me $ 1 for Parmesan cheese. I went back and the girl behind the register said they charge extra for Parmesan cheese. I called other subways and they said they don’t, like I suspected. I called but they said the manager wasn’t going to be in til tomorrow. I’m going back to get my dollar if it means taking it out their tip.

The lady who was working here was very rude. They were also out of cumbers and seemed annoyed when I asked for some but i wasn’t aware they were out of cumbers till after. The lady also ignored me when asking for service. The customer service was overall bad and the worker was rude.

Fly on my sandwich! I came and bought a foot long and ate the first half of the sandwich. I was just about to eat the other half when a fly was on my sandwich. Keep in mind it was still wrapped with the paper and I unwrapped it there it was! I showed it to this employee wish Im guessing was the manager(Indian woman) said oh my gosh! Throw it away. I did and asked if I wanted another sandwiches? Uhhhh no thank you! She have me a refund and said thank you. I have her a look like umm a sorry would be nice! Just moved on to the next customer in line. BADSERVICE&DIRTY!!!
