My first time here was great but this time I came into to get a renewal (after calling 3 times trying to find out what info I needed to bring… Very unhelpful) An employee took my card and it was out of my field of vision. I told her I wanted to see my card and the debit machine. The employee said it wasn’t working and had me use a different machine. I was charged twice! That is why you never let your card out of your sight!!! Female Manager wouldn’t let me speak. I let her explain but when I wanted to talk she would just talk over me. I was very angry due to being charged twice and a different employee who I didn’t work with chimes in and I tell her to stop because I’m already dealing with the manager. The girl stared me down with a ridiculous look on her face. Totally unprofessional. I can’t believe the manager let her do that! I asked for her name and the female manager refused to give it to me. Unbelievable. Complete lack of customer service. I do not recommend One Care Medical Clinic at all! I’ll never go here again and neither should you. There are plenty of other places you can go to and be treated with respect and have people do their job right the first time.

Called to verify payment went through from previous double charge and refunds. After getting my statement I noticed the charges did fall off and I needed to pay my renewal. Spoke to Manager. She made everything right. She assured me she spoke to her employee and action was taken. Because she made things right I am updating my review.

Got the prescription that I wanted. however, I waited 1hr an 30mins just to get it! It was the first time that I came into this clinic, so no surprise. However, they do not accept medical insurance then how was I waiting that long. I even called 5 days in advance to make an appointment.

It is Friday and there’s a lot of walk-​in patients. Staff are very friendly. Waiting time is about 15 to 25 minutes and I was in and out of Doctor’s office in less than 10 minutes. Would go back next year to renew my permit. Thanks to all the staff and the Physicians for all the assistance and patience.

Third visit and very happy. Be patient with the Dr. they are old school but wiill give you what you need. Pricing is fair. At peak hours the most youll wait is 15 to 20mins. all diffrent types of people are there!

I have been a patient of Dr. Powers and Dr. Berman for about six months now, and I feel it should be very appropriate to thank them every day. Thanks to their help and recommendations, it feels like I have finally been able to retake control of my life again…
The rest of the staff is great as well. I would suggest making an appointment if you’re planning on visiting the office on a Saturday — it tends to get quite busy, but the staff will address you as soon as time permits. Once, I was 20 minutes to my appointment and arrived 10 minutes prior to closing (I was stuck in traffic), and I was still able to see Dr. Berman.
Open Care Medical Center is fantastic.

Open Care Medical Center is as professional as a clinic can be. There’s plenty of doctors on staff and the front desk is ran by some friendly and cordial workers. They do walk ins which is a blessing and since they have a big staff, I am always seen relatively quickly. The office is nice and neat with a TV playing day time game shows or the news. Dr. Presser is who I usually see and he is always friendly and open to conversation. Because of him I now meditate regularly which has helped my issue immensely. All in all this place is a top notch facility and i highly recommend it to anyone without insurance or in need of a doctors opinion without the time to wait for an appointment.

Ive been dealing with a disease for the last three years this is the only clinic that understands how I feel and treats me the best not like some junkie. They definitly help people those in need with any problem. I highly recommened

Easy to get a medical licence here. My friend and I looked them up on Google and called ahead. They said they do walk-​ins so we went.
We filled out the papers that asked about medical issues and if I’ve ever used weed before. There was nothing overly personal or diagnostic about it. Overall straightforward stuff. We were called in for vitals, weight and blood pressure, and then saw the doctor.
I’m a veteran and I have PTSD, arthritis and insomnia. The doctor asked me relevant questions and signed my certificate. He was very respectful and didn’t ask a ton of irrelevant clinical things. He seemed to not care about the details – bening a veteran was almost explaination enough. Very cool. He was kind and really nice throughout the interview.
Afterwards he gave the signed papers to the desk ladies, I paid $ 67 for two copies, and I was on my way. There are 7 dispenseries in the same building, so it wasn’t hard to find what we needed.
This place is highly recommended if you have chronic pain, anxiety, or trouble sleeping.

The staff is extremely friendly, both over the phone and in person, and the doctor showed genuine interest in the issues that I came to address. This place is the perfect example of what superior customer service looks like.

Clean office, and it a was very quick and pleasant visit. Knowledgeable doctor was able to answer my questions and went through the typical risks and benefits. Was in and out in about 25 minutes.

Place was great, fast and easy. Went for Medical marijuana recommendation and it only took about 10 – 15 minutes. Most of the time was taken up by the doctor going over the risks and bennifits of the prescription and what I should be aware of for my own health.
Overall the place was great, the staff is friendly (as long as you treat them like people). The prices were average and the service was fast, easy, and friendly. Will come back for my renewal.

Pressed for a flu shot before I left for my vacation, I wasn’t really sure where to turn. I avoid most pharmacy stores like CVS and Walgreens because I think they’re full of sick people (picking up their medicine) and I really wanted to avoid that before my trip. It was extremely easy to make an appointment, and I received the gentlest reminder call — sometimes, reminder calls can come off as condescending or annoying, but it really wasn’t the case here.
The entire process from checking in, getting seen, and receiving the shot was super easy and fast. I have to say that I’ll be back again before long. or at least every time I need a flu shot :)

I came here as a recommendation from a friend who found some success in the weight loss program/​appetite suppressants. I am typically pretty skeptical, but I decided to give it a try because I saw her positive results and figured I had nothing to lose.
The clinic was very clean and well organized, and I found the staff to be friendly and most of all very efficient. I am used to waiting well past my scheduled appointment at a typical doctor’s office, however, I was seen right at my appointment time. The doctor and staff again were very friendly and thorough during my initial examination, and they were not pushy and did not pressure me into buying products I didn’t want or need.
I found that the program and/​or supplements did help with my weight loss journey and I would definitely come back to see the staff at Open Care Medical again.
