I highly dislike the customer service the vegetables are in bad condition and same price as every other stater bros. I rather go to the one in Tustin on red hill THEY ARE FRIENDLY nothing more than the freshest vegetables and fruits helpful patient and very clean and organized I am disappointed that just because a store is in a highly populated Hispanic area doesn’t mean that they have to downgrade the customer service everyone deserves I am really disappointed in this place they ruined the good friendly reputation of the stores name

The only reason we go to this store is because it’s around the corner from our house and the prices are good. BUT the customer service here is absolutely AWFUL! Every time I come here the people at checkout don’t even say hello and they just talk to each other the whole time. Last time we went the girl that was checking us out stopped to talk on the phone with the girl at the other stand and they were just laughing and talking. They act as if you aren’t even there. Every single person in this store, except the meat guys because they’re nice, need to be fired and replaced.

This is the worst Stater Bro market ever, my husband likes it because it’s convenient. I’d prefer driving a few miles and have better food, this place is too below standard for me. The staff is rude, they refuse to cut meat any prices they have here are also at other Stater Bros. If you want rude bad service go here if not go to the Stater Bros on Tustin Ave.

This place is home for me. I have been shopping here since i could walk with my parents. Now my two daughters and I shop here. I love seeing Celia the cashier in the early mornings. She is great in customer service. She is always friendly and gives off great vibes in the morning to start your day off right. She is also my parents favorite cashier! I wish there were more people like Celia out in the world :)

Customer service here is awful! Most men working cash greet you when paying which is great but the women seem to always give you a bad eye and never greet. On the other hand, the people bagging the items at the end of the cashier are the rudiest people throughout the whole store! You say thank you they ignore, say have a good night they ignore. They need to be taught a lesson or two on how customer service works. Meanwhile, keep bagging my groceries.

Management should be fired. People in meat department are lazy and slow. Place looks like something from a horror movie. Lines are long and cashiers are slow and always look pissed off.

The store is an a relatively ghetto part of Santa Ana, with a HUGE hispanic population. The building is small and very old, not unlike many Stater Bros. in Southern California. The store is antiquated and always packed with people. Cruising into the crowded parking lot is always a mission. Using the Redbox usually requires patience and determination. The line is to the meat and poultry section!! The store does have very low prices and the staff is friendly. I only shop here because its a convenient location.

I’ve been coming to this store since I was born with my mom. Always been a great store for its location. I live 2 minutes away! So I would say this is my store. I know this store from front to back.

Cashiers are very slow here just came in to buy a case of water and waiting in line for over 10 minutes now and the store is not even that busy. Not shopping here again there service is the worst ever for a stater bro’s. .been stannding here for 5 min waiting on this one cashier to finish blabing with her customer

I honestly cannot stand this grocey store but it is so close to my house and they have the 2nd cheapest bottled beer, 1st being Walmart.
This place always has long wait lines but whatever. The store is clean and has mostly everything. The Schools 1st FCU ATM is a plus.
Parking here sucks.

What differentiate this store from any other Stater Bros Market? The customer service. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially the manager Felipe. He has helped me several times when I have come here during my lunch break to purchase items for work or home. One time, I purchased a cake and wanted a ribbon bow to decorate it. Unfortunately, they did not have decorating supplies and I had limited time to go to another store. He offered some curling ribbon which they used to tie balloons as an alternative. Great innovative thinking. My co-​worker loved the double chocolate bundt cake with the extra touch. I am very satisfied and grateful for the great customer service that I have received from this store.

My grocery store of choice. They always have the best liquor prices, and their store brand items are actually really good! (try the Stater Bros. Brand hot links, they won’t disappoint)
