I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted & she did the total opposite. It looked good the first day so I didn’t mind but my blonde highlights look orange now. That was the first time my hair was bleached. I paid 85 dollars & it was a total rip off! I thought I was paying for what I wanted not for what she wanted. It’s a horrible mess & I’m so mad because it’s money flushed down the drain! -.-

I’ve had my hair cut and colored by Candy twice and it is awful. She doesn’t listen to what I want for my hair, she constantly on the phone or doing something else. She mixed up the dye for my hair someone else – HORRIBLE! And she messed up the layers in my hair.
My advice to her: LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENTS and don’t force your own hair ideas on us!

If you’re a regular client they treat you well but if you’re not they don’t even have the Courtesy to say hi! I waited 15 min no one said a single word to me. I finally asked if they were open and if they had time to cut my sons hair and the 3 women/​men whatever they are sitting down on the couch made a rude gesture and 5 minutes later they didn’t bother standing up or helping me. I walked out and never coming back here again!

This review is for the location on Bristol. Ive been going to Elizabeth for years, it had been a while, went in yesterday (thank goodness she is still there) she did an amazing job on my highlights. I will not let anyone touch my hair. Love her, she is the sweetest so if you want bleach on your hair ask for Elizabeth! Oh and reasonable prices!!!

I am a regular here! Go with Maria to get my eyebrows done she does an amazing job! She also does my mani-​pedi really good the gel actually lasts long!

I have been coming here for my haircuts for years. Make sure to ask for Carla if you want a good and quick cut.

I have been getting my hair done by Claudia for years! She’s amazing at what she does! Each visit I love my hair even more and she gives me great tips on how to style my hair (because I’m clueless). I highly recommend her services!

Everyone here are polite and helpful! They all do a great job. My hairstylist is Tania, she knows exactly what fits me best and helps me with many options to choose from. She’s great! Also The prices are great! None like other places who charge $ 100 for highlights plus what ever othe color you get. Seriously
I give 5 recomanation to her and this salon!

Doesn’t surprise me that the stars are low. Not many of the very loyal customers have Unilocal and would go on here to do a review. I’ve been coming to this salon for many years. It’s a one stop shop here. I get my hair done by Claudia, my pedicure and waxing by Mari and my hands by Argelia. I will never go elsewhere to get anything done. Argelia does an amazing job on my acrylics… she makes them look thin and natural. Mari is a so gentle on my feet and makes my feet feel soft and smooth. Now Claudia… she’s a pure genius. I go to her every two weeks to have my hair straightened, curled and styled. She puts in my extensions, she’s even tried a pompadour that looked great. She recently did my color and made me a blonde with an ombré that looks stunning. If I could give more stars I would. I suggest everyone who is a long time customer start Unilocaling cause this place needs rave reviews.
I forgot to mention. Claudia also cuts all my 4 boys hair. Not even they will go anywhere else. Love this place…

The only reason I still come to this salon is because of Claudia. She’s a sweet heart and knows how to cut my son’s hair very well but I won’t be coming to this shitting whole In the wall hair salon. The owner is super rude! Never greets the customers, never has a smile on that ugly face of hers. Seems like she hates what she does. I see the job she does on customers and its horrible. Does a half job but yet charges a fortune. Wow!

you would think after time and time again coming to the same place to get the same service they would appreciate u and the service would stay same or even get better…
not in my case i would get my nails done here every 2 weeks for prob 4 months straight at first i was in love she did an amazing job but my nail service got shitty. i would come constantly and always leave a good tip of over 5 $.
so after being disappointed so much i decided to stop coming n remove my artificial nails. only to get a nice surprise
i got fungus on my ring finger and my right f*cking thumb!!! wtf!

i urgently went to see my dr n yes it was fungus im currently treating it n it looks to b going away.
i have had acrylic nails on for much longer years straight n have never had fungus … disappointing b.s. wat i gave tips for: fungus great.
