Could not even get past the horrible service on the phone. Supervisor Jennifer was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me while i was trying to ask a few questuons. Not sure why people who cant communicate are dealing with customers. I canceled all our appointments. There is a reason why they can’t get past 3 stars. Avoid.

I called and made an appointment as a new patient. Two days before my appointment, Jennifer from the office called and said they needed me to call my insurance and have them assigned as the dentist on my plan. He insurance company told me SA Smiles is not accepting new patients, and I have to call them to have them send paperwork saying they’ll accept me. I did, and they said they probably couldn’t but they’d try. Jennifer called back to tell me that they cannot accept me as a new patient since they already submitted the paperwork saying they won’t accept new patients. Seriously, you shouldn’t have scheduled my appointment if you weren’t going to accept new patients.

Today my appointment was at 3pm but there were too much traffic so I was late 20 minutes. They ask me to wait 15 to 20 minutes due to late. but I need to wait almost 1 hour and 15 minute. I fill my teeth 3 week ago but I still have more problem .when any customer go there to check they recommend more and more work to earn more money. This is my first and last visit.

I needed an emergency fix on a lost filling. They saw me promptly and I was out in under 30 min. Very professional and pleasant. They made me smile with satisfaction!
