I don’t what these other people are taking about this store is the best the guys treat me like I was part of there the family I have been going here for years. For the quality I beat the crap out of my shoes and I get at least 4 years out of them and I have to get another pair because I’m tired of looking at my old shoes so I grab a new pair I have 5 pair of red wing shoes and there all still intact. So in short the other people probably did something to them because they could not afford the shoes so go to Payless and see what happens. So if you want good work boots get red wings the price is great for what your getting.

My husband was looking to buy some decent work boots so I recommended this store because as a little girl I used to go with my dad to get his work boots here. Needless to say NOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE. First off the quality is not the same. Boots lasted less than a year. Second the overweight guy with the facial hair has the worst attitude towards customers. We will never buy boots at this place again ever. Thanks to his attitude we will more than likely just a buy a different brand all together.

«Get in, get out, get on with your life» should be their slogan! That is exactly how it went down for me and my husband when we went in to get him new work boots. The employees were very helpful and got us taken care of within 5 minutes. Literally, in and out within 5 minutes. That included waiting for the boots from the back and trying them on.

Amazing Customer service! Came in to buy some Rangers 8114 and ended up ordering them! Right away when they received the boots they gave me a call and I went to pick them up that same day! The people that work here are extremely friendly and knowledgable of every product they have. Will be coming back when need new boots!

The absolute BEST store. I don’t know why they don’t have 5 stars, ’cause they should. I was helped by Sergio and even got help both times I came back and even when I ended up choosing to exchange my shoes. In my experience they are friendly, helpful and bring back the customer service that USED to be the standard. Won’t buy work shoes anywhere else.

Sold us a product last week told us it was leather uppers. Told the clerk what i do for a living and recomended me the product. 2 hours into work. the product rips. for 110 dollars it cant even hold up 2 hours. Recomend Payless shoes better quality for less the price. Good day.

I have brought serval pair of boots and shoes here throughout the years. The customer service here is far above the norm and have always been treated like top notch. Only thing is that all the boots and shoes on the left of the store are made 100% in the good old US of A the ones on the right are mostly china made.
