If you don’t mind getting your pizzas late because they«forgot«to deliver it and when it arrives it being cold then this is the place for you. I placed an order at 8:45 p.m. to get my pizzas at 10. By the time i received them there were really cold as if they have been sitting out for a long time. I complained to a manager for about 30 minutes all they wanted to do was give me a credit for a future purchase if i kept the cold pizzas. I denied that. By 10:35 they said they’ll deliver the pizza again in 20 minutes. Well guess what 35 minutes rolls around i called again and they said the delivery driver is doing his deliveries. I told them i live 2 minutes driving from your location get your driver over here ASAP. i just got fed up with it i decided to just return it. As i was returning the pizzas the delivery driver showed up to my apartment. My wife noticed both pizzas he brought were smashed as if they did it on purpose. Now is that the kind of customer service you want. If so call them. I wish i can give then 0 stars but I’m forced to give them a minimum 1 star

Worst worst!!! Service never again ordering from this place. We order our pizza to be delivered which we live down the street they took an hour to deliver it, once I called them to find out what going on they oh they driver is on his way, I’m like«ok» when the driver came the pizza was cold. We call to complian they said they will make another and it will be ready in 20 min we waited took them half and hour to get here and this time the pizza was slide to the side all mess up so I told the driver to take back and COLD…

1 hour&30 minutes after the estimated time of arrival of my order, it finally arrived. Or so I thought. I had ordered a bottle of soda as well and yet, no soda. Do not go to this location because your order will arrive late if it all, and only a portion of it will be there. I’m sure I am the latest in the long line of customers they’ve lost. P. S. Even if they don’t hang up on you when calling to ask about your order, there are no managers on duty. They simply transfer you to a help line that shares nothing but the company name with the store.

I know the toppings aren’t of the premium or gourmet variety, but Pizza Hut reminds me of high school sleepovers. And high school was better than being a grown up because my mom paid for my pizza and someone did my laundry and I had never heard the words«bill» or «taxes» or «birth control». I may have been a little sheltered, but I loved stuffed crust pizza as much as the next overemotional, hormonal drama queen 15 year old. Since not much has changed since the late 90s(except that I now have bills, taxes, AND birth control), I still enjoy the thrill of a stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut every now and again when I’m feeling particularly touchy or sentimental. The crust is greasy, the cheese may or may not be real cheese, and I forgo toppings at all costs(god only knows where that stuff comes from). But a large stuffed crust cheese pizza with extra sauce and ranch dressing is exactly what I need when I’m having a 15-year-old-girl moment. And I have a lot of those.

The service was amazing! I had the lunch buffet and for the price you can’t beat the deal. The dessert pizza was delicious. The only issue i encountered was that you can’t ask for a specific pizza. I’ve never had the issue before.

Hopefully someone at Pizza Hut sees this. So I can’t remember the last time my pizza was right or hot at that. It’s also always a long wait, so at least I expect my pizza to be right. I don’t want to keep complaining, I don’t care about a credit off my next order. I just want it to be right and hot. I didn’t even call the store this time, I’m writing a review on Unilocal.Sorry Pizza Hut, but you’re probably losing a loyal customer today. I don’t know what the solution is. Maybe you should pay your employees more, so that they actually care about how they make people’s pizzas.

I placed an order an hour before closing time using the iPhone app. My pizzas were ready in 15 minutes for pickup. The staff was friendly and my pizzas were prepared well with a generous amount of toppings. I will be placing future orders at this location.

This place is right down the street from where I live … I ask for delivery and they either say I live to far or hang up as soon as I give them the address ! They are just a bunch of lazy assholes who don’t know how to do their job !

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. AND I’ve given this place THREE chances. I’m not a picky eater. Every time I order from this pizza hut, my order gets to my house late. Usually I’m super understanding of this kind of stuff, but I live less than a mile away from the store! My pizza is always cold. This last time, the pizza made me sick all evening. I had horrible stomach cramps well into the night. I would much rather make a frozen pizza than go here again.

Wait time was 30 min. After an hour and 15 min I called them. They were out of one of the ingredients on my delivery order and cancelled my order. They said they tried calling but I wasn’t answering. I had no missed calls. And then the guy admitted they had been calling the wrong number. Even though all they had to do was double check the number. I then inquired about a discount. I could forgive and forget if they were willing to try and make it right. But I was told they couldn’t do that. I’m sure that’s the policy the guy couldn’t control, but still counts against the customer service of the chain. I’ve worked at a pizza parlor before. Mistakes happen, but we would always try to do right by the customer in the end. But what I got was ‘Oops, sorry, tough luck. Still hungry? Want to try again?’ It felt like a rigged carnival game where they give you back your money a few days later.

To taking over an hour to deliver your pizza, & to top it off Its cold pizza. They forget some things on your order. It’s just bad. I will never order from this place again.

Worst Pizza Hut ever!!! I placed an online order and the pizza never came! I called after waiting twenty min past the delivery time and the«manager» Jocelyn tells me the driver came back bc no one answered the door. They had my address correct so idk what happened. She then tells me(with a snotty attitude) that if I still want my pizza I have to wait for the driver to complete another 4 deliveries! So probably another hour, I said forget it and went to Little Caesars. What a joke this place is.

Really bad customer service! I called to order a dinner box. They tell me To go In 15 minutes. So my husband goes and turns out they gave out box away. Then what was the whole point of Asking for me name if they were still going to give out my order to someone else! And they still gave my husband their attitude!

Ordered up some pasta, was great easy to pick up lots of food and $ 8 can’t beat it !(also have had the same pasta at the Hilton Vegas, Joshua Tree and Blythe locations) the same great taste at all places !!!

The phone # listed ISCORRECT!!! I added this business to Unilocal & I’ve been calling this number & coming here for years. I just called right now to place my order. I’ve never had any problems here. I was on hold for like 2 minutes when I called, but hey, they’re probably busy taking orders for the awesome Monday deal…2 medium pizzas for $ 12!!! They also have a Pazone Mon. deal for only $ 4!!! I love those… I’ll have to remember that for next week.

Worst customer service ever. Cashiers are idiots who obviously require 50 more years of training. You call their phone # that is listed on Unilocal it directs you to a call center, not the actual Pizza Hut. We placed our order for a $ 10 box and were told that it would be 15 minutes. So we arrive about 20 minutes later and it seems that are already giving other customers horrible service. The place was filled with unhappy customers. We get to the cashier and give them our name. She then proceeds to tell us that they haven’t even started to make our order and it will be another 20 minutes. She then asked if we still wanted the food. No sh#t Sherlock! We drove all the way here in the rain. In the end we decided to take our money elsewhere(McDonalds). I’d give negative stars if I could but will settle for 1 star. Stay in school kids!
