i just got off the phone with joanna and well she was just completely rude and sounded like she didn’t care to work. Joanna made my experience at Pizza Hut a bad one. Shame that this one person makes me resent pizza hut now. please pay attention to who you hire please.

Pizza is good I’ve never really had any problems in terms of the quality. However the customer service here is horrible. The staff is not professional at all. I walked in to employees yelling and cursing at each other at the cash register and they continued to do it while I stood there no regard for proper etiquette. stay away and take your money elsewhere.

For my son’s 3^rd birthday party, we planned on ordering from Pizza Hut near his party location at the Santa Ana Zoo. We used the website to search which store would deliver to us (Santa Ana on Main St.) at the zoo and called in our order at 11:45am. They told us they did not deliver to that location and gave us the number of the other Santa Ana location, on 17^th St. They claimed that they did not deliver to us and gave us yet another number to call, this time to the Santa Ana store on McFadden St., which never even answered, just had a recorded advertisement. I searched on line again and found a Pizza Hut location on Walnut in Santa Ana, called and got no answer what so ever. Being EXTREMELY fed up and worried that there would be no pizza for my son’s party, I called the nearest Domino’s. They answered promptly, helped me out quickly and managed to get my order delivered to me before any of our guests arrived and it was delicious. Pizza Hut has lost a customer to Domino’s for sure.

Ordered a pizza 2 days ago and my girlfriend and I have been throwing up since. Extremely pissed off because we both had to miss work for a mediocre tasting pizza. Never returning to this location again

I have no idea how good their pizza actually is. We called trying to get delivery, and got routed into interminable hold messages — THREE TIMES. No person answering. It just goes straight to advertisements. After holding for 4 minutes with no acknowledgement that there is even anyone working at Pizza Hut, we opted to call another outfit.
Got through right away, placed the order, and in less time than it took to wait on hold with Pizza Hut.
With all due respect, your customer interface sucks.
You might want to go on an improvement plan.

Quick and fast! I called ahead of time for my carry out and when I got there it was done and ready. The gentleman working in the front was kind and helpful. Very generous with condiments.
The only bad thing is that I had a hard time finding this Pizza Hut because it was hidden in the corner. Their Pizza Hut sign lights were not on.

Total disaster.
That is how I describe their service. Crew were very lame, they dont know how to work. I feel like I’ve been on the street, eating street food. Pizza’s here usually taste good but now its gone bad. Dunno why their pizza’s been like this lately.

Ah… Couldn’t get through the address on the phone to even get a delivery — really? 10 plus mins just to give an address? There are lots of private roads in this area bit I couldn’t even be given the chance to give directions. I could not tell you if the pizza is worth the frustration — I won’t call again.

Pizza Hut has been a place for my family, friends and I to enjoy a pizza at parties and reunions. Now my whole perspective has changed. Johana Hernandez the «supervisor» is not a friendly employe. I called because I had placed an order online and instructed that I had a $ 100 dollar bill. I didn’t know that they didn’t accept them but it said in the comments and all she told me was that she just clocked in and couldn’t do anything about it. I then told her she was in charge for one reason and she said there nothing she can do and hung up on me with a bad temper!!! I had her on speaker so the drive was able to hear her attitude. I have worked restaurant business for quite a while already. By far the worst experience ever! In every restaurant every worker and specially supervisor should take customer service as a priority. I don’t recommend anyone ordering from this location if they are going to have supervisors like Johana Hernandez!!!

I called to order for delivery like around 11:45 pm because I had a couple friends over so I was going to order around 7 pizzas but they kept hanging up my call. I called several times and they did the same thing. I’m assuming they didn’t want to take my business because it was almost closing time for them. That is so unprofessional but it doesn’t matter because I ended up making the order somewhere else. From now on, every time I order pizza, Pizza Hut will definitely not be my first option since apparently they don’t care about the customers.

ordered and paid for a pizza delivery online. unfortunately, pizza never came. operator said driver showed up and pizza was refused because it wasn’t ordered. BULL!!! Been here waiting for it, no one has tried to deliver it. NEVER AGAIN!!! If this is the quality of their service /​drivers, I have no interest in finding out the quality of their pizza (or lack of). Too many better options than to put up with this sub-​par service ever again.

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut a couple times in the last year and frankly the quality just keeps getting worse :-/​Pizza Hut used to be the brand you chose over all else, but they’ve hit Little Cesar status as far as I can tell… I hadn’t ordered from them in a while, so a couple weeks ago I saw their commercial about the ‘new pizzaa’ and new concepts and I thought «hey if dominos can revamp themselves (and succeed) maybe Pizza Hut can too» …and nope… Delivery speed was standard, pizza was warm/​cool with rubber like cheese that was not very pleasant and crust that was just way to fluffy for a pizza, we had gotten the chocolate pizza too, which was interesting, that’s one way to go comatose from chocolate and give yourself an upset stomach… in my opinion Pizza Hut has just gone down the tubes and it’s sad, I miss the GOOD stuff crust pizza I would order when I was younger, sorry but I’m a Dominos fan now

Do not order from this Pizza Hut! I placed an order at 10:58 am and had to call in at 12:30 pm to check the status. The woman I spoke to, who said was a supervisor was rushing to get me off the phone and could only tell me it was out for delivery. The order was supposed to have arrived at 12pm. They had sufficient time to fulfill the order or courtesy call that they would not be able to meet my request. By far, the worst customer service. I

There are other pizza choices in this area don’t waste your money or your time if you want to pick up your pizza. For delivery is as bad.

TERRIBLE service. For the SECOND time, I came and picked up my order 10 mins after they told me to come. I paid and that was it. They didn’t tell me it was going to be a few more mins or that it wasn’t ready yet. So I just sat and waited. Waited another 30 mins! Waited for NOTHING. It was already made but it was just sitting with all the other ready to go orders. The guy that works at the cashier is an IDIOT and didn’t check to see if my order was ready. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME HE DID THIS. I decided to wait just to see how long it would take and it wasn’t that busy. The guy in the front finalllly asked me whose name is the order under and he finally gave it to me. I then asked, «was it in there the whole time»? He gave me the stupidest sorriest look and said «…yeah.» And I just cussed him out on my way out. You guys don’t even deserve 1 star. This was twice in a row morons.

Horrible customer service at this location.
Sometimes they won’t answer their phones when it’s close to closing time.
The last time I tried ordering from them, they wouldn’t deliver to my address. I live less than half a mile away! When I tried explaining that the employee started arguing with me. I couldn’t believe their bad service.
The pizza is decent but doesn’t help them get any more stars. Fail.

Completely agree with Bob D. This Pizza Hut location really stands out. Ordered there and everyone was so nice. It was night and day to what I had at the Pizza Hut I normally go to on State College in Anaheim — definitely skip that one and go a little further for this one.

Pretty good customer service and I love the fact that I can make my order online. The store was clean and organized. Their pizza crust is too soft and too thick which was not for me.

Super salty buffalo wings. Blegh. I’ve had Pizza Hut’s buffalo wings before, and something was definitely off here.

They are VERY fast at making everything and the staff is very friendly.
Sadly, its still fast food pizza, and I think i’ve grown out of eating this stuff.
