I ordered two medium pizzas and it took less than 30 minutes for it to be delivered. Pizza arrived freshly baked and hot out of the oven. I read lot of bad reviews of this place, maybe, management started to be proactive about it.

I would give this pizza hut 0 stars! This the worst pizza delivery ever!!! we order for delivery we were waiting for 45 mins cuz thats the wait time we noticed it was taking longer what it usually takes we called to check up on it and told us they canceled the delivery without our authorization who does that!!! even tho they had already charged my debit card and the guy on the phone was not helpful either what so ever they just wanted to send a free pizza but my husband and i were already just irritated with the whole situation we refused! Never ordering from this pizza hut ever again!!!

bad service. bad attitude. I called to place a delivery order with them n i got transfer to 4 different location. so I fed up with being transfer back n forth I look up the closest pizza Hut to me which would be this one it a block away n the girl speaking to me on the phone tells me she don’t deliver there. why not it one block away. I demanded to talk to manager n it took forever for manager to get on the phone. Bottom line pizza Hut suck have bad service I took my business to DOMINOPIZZA instead

The customer service at this location is beyond horrible. Is it my fault your delivery driver can’t operate a gps? No. So then why is the negative attitude from your employee’s directed at the customer? It’s uncalled for. Also, all employee’s need to follow a consistent set of rules and regulations. One employee shouldn’t be telling your customers one thing, when all along the food wouldn’t be delivered and your business ruined a customers plans. Other plans could have been made to compensate and my time wouldn’t have been wasted! It takes one persons word. And I will make sure mine gets around. I hope you clean your establishment up. So I ordered a pizza from here about 2 days ago and my total was $ 22 I paid over the phone with my debit card and now I log into my bank account to check my account and come to find out that pizza hut charged me an extra $ 5 without my authorization! Not cool last time I ever order from this place they don’t have trustworthy people working here smh

This place is the worst pizza hut place i’ve ever been to… Their service is horrible and they never get ur pizza out on time… And they always mess up on ur orders-_– how am i waiting for over an hour for 2 medium pizzas and u messing up my orders… Worst customer service yet… Kept telling me to wait a couple more minutes and that turns into half an hour. The place is small and the workers dont greet u with a smile…

i picked up pizza here 3 nights ago for dinner. i went to sleep fine but at 3am i got these SHARP pains in my stomach. I then threw up and had diarrhea all night. for the next 2 days i had constant diarrhea with the sharp pain in my stomach. i couldn’t eat a thing but half a banana. All i know is that i got horrible food poisoning and that I’m still recovering from it(lost about 7 pounds). I wish i could give 0 stars, this was the worst pizza hut experience ever.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Been waiting for almost two hours now, called and they said the driver left 20 minutes ago and they can’t track down where he is. Just to top it off he never showed up after 2 hours. He finally returns and says he couldn’t find my house. How is that even possible with GPS? I live in a house in an open neighborhood not a hidden apartment complex. The part that really got me mad was that they offered to return with the same cold pizza from two hours ago. With no discounts or apologies. I just told them I no longer want that pizza, if they’re not going to make a fresh one ill take my money elsewhere, and just like that they hung up on me. Overall the worst pizza service I have ever experienced, hard to believe it came from a corporate company. It wouldn’t have cost the employees a thing to re-fire a new pizza especially if they had a customer waiting for more than two hours!

Ordered pizza online at 11:10am. Estimated delivery was 11:49. Called at 12:10 and driver left at 12:03. Driver went to wrong housing complex. When she eventually found the complex, she was lost. Didn’t get my pizza until an hour and 28 minutes after ordering. NOTIPFORYOU! Next time do less texting and use the GPS on your phone.

I ordered online with a coupon for the Panourmous. What I really like is that online you can customize your pizza to come with as much/little cheese and sauce as you want. I got mine with«light on the cheese»(to cut down on the grease) and«extra sauce». I have to tell you that I really loved it! Pizza hut left overs seems to taste really good too if you reheat it in the oven. It will come out crispy and delicious.
