Went in for dinner tonight and I was really pleasantly surprised. The quality of the food was good, the portions/prices were very reasonable, but what made it great was the customer service. Our cashier was a teller man with short dark hair(didn’t get his name) and he was really helpful with explaining the menu, providing recommendations, and being very quick without rushing us at all. I’m not sure if he was the manager/owner but he definitely took pride in doing his job exceptionally well. Everyone else working was friendly also. The food was good(especially for the price) but the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant were what really made the meal. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I are fanatics of PIck up stix and never have we’ve been so disappointed as we were coming here, we drove almost 8 miles just to pick up our food they got our Oder completely wrong we went back to correct our order they still couldn’t get it right the second time the third time they got it right but they wasted over $ 50 worth of food just to get it right, much rather drive out to Irvine and get great service to here.

I honestly was disgusted by the way it was served, especially for the price I paid. The pictures they had depicting the food choices looked stunning and honestly, the pictures probably would’ve been more delicious than the food,… just saying

So disappointed with tonight’s dinner. we used to love you guys, but tonight was definitely our last visit. All of your dishes had a burnt flavor. The 2 chicken entrees we ordered were all water chestnuts! Not worth the price!

Food is delicious. I’m annoyed that for at least the last month their online ordering directs you to Camarillo CA. I’ve complained and it’s like the employees are clueless. Annoying.

Great food. House special chicken is my favorite. Mark always brings water out for my dogs while I’m eating with them out front. To me that is great customer service.

They’re ridiculous. Two dollars extra for noodles. I get offers and coupons for them and they always have the stupidest stipulation. Tired of messing with it. I won’t be back.

The house special chicken was bomb and I like how there was real oranges in the orange chicken. A bit on the expensive dude for sure, but I like the wide open space and would return.

I like the food here… The food is good. I don’t think they use enough chicken or beef in their dishes though. They are a little skimpy. I had the orange chicken and the chicken was pretty scarce. These guys are NOT the cheapest chinese food on the block. They need to step up and put some more meat in thier dishes if they are going to charge what they do. I spent $ 65 for a family of 4… Just seems a little steep if the dishes arent going to have much meat in them. Food overall is good though. Good quality. Good service. Just pricey for chinese food.

Love their tofu dishes. My favorites are the Mongolian and House Special tofu. They’ll sub tofu in any dish — get it extra crispy. I also like their their fried rice has lots of egg and their ingredients always seem fresh. The service is also friendly and fast.

They screwed my phone order up, even though they repeated it to me correctly on the phone. When I picked up the order, they had a special line for phone and online orders. But they didn’t give that line priority nor make any effort to help customers in the order they arrived. My presence wasn’t even acknowledged until the line placing orders was gone. I waited almost 10 minutes staring at the bag in front of me with my dinner in it while I watched it cool off. The bag was tied closed so I didn’t realize until later there were not any condiments, sauces, silverware, napkins or chopsticks. Nor did I realize the order was wrong. There was no chicken in the orange chicken. The fried rice was there. Bland. And definitely not spicy like they claim their orange chicken is. The part of the order that was correct tasted good, but it was spoiled by the fact I just paid $ 25 for two chicken entrées, only one of which actually had chicken. Since I shared my chicken with her, we were both left still hungry. I doubt I’ll be back.

Noddles are mediocre. Kung pao chicken was lacking a lot of chicken and seemed like they used too much of that potato looking vegetable as a filler. Can’t say that I’ll be returning.

I love that you can make any dish into tofu. I get the Orange Tofu. It comes with water chestnuts. And the cream cheese wontons… Yum! Speedy service, price is ok. I think my tofu dish was larger than the meat one my friend ordered. I used to come here all the time. I forgot about this place! Will be coming back again now that I know they’re still here.

When someone on Unilocal stated that pick up Stix was above Panda Express and other similar chinese restaurants, I knew that person was on drugs when eating here. Where do I start? Cashier was horrible… we literally waited until another employee clocked in to help us while making eye contact with the other cashier lady who looked miserable. Lunch special? Wow. The portion sizes were ridiculously small for the price charged, we were shocked. In addition I was charged extra for a side I didn’t want. I got the Kung pao chicken with rice and an unwanted roll… sounds like much right? Overall, this place was predictably slow and expensive. Never will I return to an establishment that leaves me craving more chinese food since every other chinese restaurant I’ve eaten has satisfied this unrealistic commonality. I’m still shocked

Americanized Chinese. HOUSECHICKENKIDSMEAL I really like this chicken when I’m in the mood for chinese food. The flavors are good, and mixed with the rice, it’s just a fast meal. I always get the kids meal for $ 4.99. It’s the perfect size so I’m not feeling bloated from eating so much greasy fat. It comes with a cute box for the rice and chicken, a small soda, and a small dessert thing [usually mandarin oranges]. Nothing special to rave about, but it’s fast, efficient, and a good change of pace from burgers and fries.
