Idk if its just my fat urges or something but they serve waaaay to little for the amount of food and cost they had, some lady helped me and let me tell you she was just rude. Horrible.

Staff have been friendly and hard working when I have gone here. Surely you can’t expect authentic Chinese food when you go here, but an Americanized version. I love the chow mein they have, the thinner noodles taste better to me than other fast food Chinese places I have been to. The orange chicken is good but you get some fattier pieces, it doesn’t seem like very high quality chicken, but I get a craving for it occasionally.

Fast, fresh, and good food all the time! It may not be true gourmet food, as the claim, but hey I like it.

Garbage… First off portions… Tiny… Super skimpy on them… Out of most of the items… And if u ask for something that’s almost gone … Ugly manager gives u a face… And makes u get it… Uh but stand your ground… I told her I wanted fresh chow mein and broccoli beef… A super nice associate made it fresh for me… And the manager… Just making a face… It’s like some lady in back of line said… «Hey we’re paying almost 12.00 for this… It’s not like we came to beg for food for free» I would avoid this one and go to the one on talbert and brook hurst. And it was mid day and empty when this happened…

First bad experience was the 2nd time I visited this location. Got there 30 mins before closing. No chow mein. Little rice I brought my mom for her her first time. My husband and 2 kids I asked the server if they were going to be making more she gave me a straight NO. So we settled for the leftover rice which wasn’t enough for my plate I only got orange chicken. 10 mins before closing a family of 4 came in. To order. They made fresh chow mein and a fresh batch of rice for them. I was gona let it go cuz we were almost done but my husband was so upset he pushed me to complain to the manager which was so nice and offered to make fresh rice n chow mein cuz people finished the one they made previously. I said no thank you cuz we were done. Today I came in once more. No hot sauce! Wtf… Its like if McDonald’s had no ketchup. Lol I’m avoiding this location from now on.

I on occasion like to enjoy some Chinese food with my women at Panda Express we came here last night and while we were ordering our food the employee(chola) was giving us a terrible face and was being very skimpy on the food. She didn’t even offer any sauce or anything of course we asked and her facial reaction was like we were asking her to pay for the sauces out of her bag ahah. Then we sat down and ate the food never disappoints. Then the nice manager gave us to rolls on the house cause she knew we were upset with their costumer service. Food is good service is bad.

Food is amazing as always. The guy working seemed irritated i was there. It was late, the night before halloween, i get it. There was a family who was in front of me who had a daughter that was a cheerleader and also had down syndrome. She was so sweet and so proud to be a cheerleader(every few minutes she would clap and raise one hand in the air) it brought a smile to everyones face in the restaurant. Then when we got to the register, the girl working sort of giggled and asked if that was her halloween costume… Thankfully the mom was very patient and explained she was an ACTUAL cheerleader. It was just so unbelievably rude, if i was her mom i would have smacked the cashier. Just horrible…

I guess i came in the wrong time line was ridiculous we waited in line for 15 minutes. Geez 15 minutes while i was in line i noticed how dirty and filthy this place was food on the floor tables dirty with pieces of food the floor was black dirty and the trash can full to the max. The seating area outside is not even nice looking. I think this place needs to put more effort to make it look nice and desirable. I live close to this panda and ive been craving panda for so long but i had forgotten how bad this place is with the portions ridiculous seriously. I will rather take the extra drive to go to irvine for some panda

Food is great, tasty as hell but portions are small for how you pay, kind of shitty. It’s close to work that’s why I went here but won’t be coming back.

I usually don’t check in to spots like these but I felt like I had to for the bad service. Came in on a Thursday night and waited maybe 5 minutes when there was no line. The lady serving the food got mad because I told her I was paying separately from my brother and sister. As I’m paying, I notice that then the lady says something rude to my sister and told her to hold off on paying. They then gave her the food like 10 minutes later. Didn’t make sense. As I waited for her to eat, I realize there’s 10 people or more in line now waiting to be served. All workers looked confused and almost looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. I at least saw 2 customers walk back in because they were given the wrong food plate.

I know this is a fast food restaurant so I am not expecting excellent service however the workers and staff should at least be polite. When a worker misunderstood my mother-in-law’s order she rolled her eyes and wouldn’t say anything or continue to help my mother-in-law.

I love the food, so I’m craving Panda Express and it’s 11pm I called to find out their hours I expected them to be closed and to get and answering machine but some one actually picked up and asked how they could help me only to later tell me they were closed!!! Really

Smaller portions at this particular location. Beijing chicken had no flavor. What a robbery.

I have been here a few times… The last time I went, it was 9:20pm…They close at 10pm. They had just about nothing for buyers to go in & purchase. I asked if they would make Honey Walnut Shrimp, they said NO. I ALWAYSPURCHASEDOUBLEHONEYWALNUT&CHOWMEIN/RICE. Was I disappointed? YES… Right after I walked out, a bunch of people came in. What they had out wouldn’t have been enough, so they would have to make more food anyway. I looked back & straight left. ***For being LAZY& not complying with a FREQUENT quest’s request, they wont be getting my business here anymore.*** HORRIBLE!

I used to love this place… until they decided to increase the prices on everything at least a few times during the year. And their portions have also been reduced significantly as well. Not sure what happened here maybe the owner got greedy, and after one of the employees there served me chicken string beans and gave me more strong bean vegetable than chicken and reduced the amount of rice, I vowed never to come here again. I am really not sure if I am the only one just realizing this price increase and reduction in portion size, I just hope other locations are not doing the same as well because this is no PF Changs.

Worst location in this chain. Recently went in 1 hour before closing, and they had less than ½ of the items on the steam table. So, when a customer insisted on a dish(such as orange chicken, which is very popular), they had to go make a batch. That took about 8 minutes in our case. So, when the chicken was done, our side dishes had been sitting in the containers waiting and were cold and dry. They clearly wanted to go home, and weren’t in a mood to serve customers, so this wasn’t done without attitude. At this location, we’ve had this happen in the middle of the day, as well. Maybe they don’t realize that if they don’t have the food out, people won’t buy it – or maybe they figure that we’ll just order what’s convenient for them to serve.

Once in awhile, I’ll get a strange urge for Panda, and I think it’s cuz of the Orange Chicken. I dunno why I crave it, but it’s like crack I swear! This time, the Bejing Beef is what drawed me in. Hearing it a gazillion times on the radio/tv was enough subliminal motivation to get me out here tonight. Honestly, the Bejing Beef was aiiiiiight. I’ll take Orange Chicken over it any day! Place was clean, servers were friendly, and the cashier was kinda cute hehe. ps. My fortune cookie tell me «Reaffirm your financial plans — make a budget». No kidding, I need to stop eating out, that’s what!
