Never been to the store but had some of their cake at a friends son’s birthday party today and they have, hands down, amazing cake! Enough that I felt compelled to write a review even though I’ve never even been to their store. It was a white cake with whip, fresh strawberries, and a layer of this crispy goodness. I’m not 100% sure what it was but it really made the cake that much better. On taste and quality of cake, I’d definitely recommend this place and I’m definitely going to go to get my own cakes here from now on!

Came here last minute to pick up a cake for my mother’s birthday. It was on my way home And I’ve passed this shopping center many times but the bakery was real hard to find. I went around the parking lot twice and almost gave up until I realized it was inside the little food court. I went 30 minutes until closing time and was given a cake within 10 minutes. Prices are very reasonable! The cake was delicious! Everyone loved it.

This place is very busy, there was a line of people picking up fruit tart cakes. The cake is very soft & tasty, the crispy layer also had good flavor and crunch, the cream wasn’t overly sweet, and the fresh fruit is delicious. Only criticism is the thickness of the crunch layer(too much) and the use of canned fruit(peaches & pineapple), otherwise it is solid, especially for the size & price. This cake definitely tastes better than Long Phung’s version.

Location: in the food court located on the left side of Northgate supermarket(it is hard to find) Service: I was walking around back and forth and the lady found me ! She was extremely nice and had quick service Fruit cake: for only $ 25 dollars I got the small fruit cake that served 12 people and more(and it was delicious! Definetly quality!) Overall: eventhough it is located in a ghetto area. It’s worth it for the cake(got the cake in 5 mins too, quick and easy)

It has been awhile since I’ve had a fruit cake! Fruit cakes use to be a staple at every family/birthday/holiday event. Unfortunately, we got tired of fruit tarts. On a whim, we were having a family birthday event which was perfect timing to try out this place! I am so glad I did as well as my family(they loved it). The cake was refreshing and light(just what we needed after pigging out). It is in the Bristol Swap Meet(as others mentioned) and parking is horrible. They do have a designated pick up parking spot in the front, which I discovered after the fact. When you walk in the bakery will be on your left side, you can’t miss it.

The place is definitely hard to find and is the heart of a food court. But their fruit cake tart is just soooooooo amazingly good. I would highly recommend venturing out.

Came here to get a last minute cake for Mother’s Day and the lady literally gave me the last cake… I didn’t even have a choice… BUT I was genuinely surprise at quality of the cake! PROS: –It was soooooo good! Not too sweet and it’s super light and fluffy! –large size cake –affordable prices: $ 25 for the quarter sheet cake, $ 40 for the medium size one, and idk about the other prices but I think the large one is $ 80 or something CONS: The only downside is that this place has horrible parking accommodations… And it’s kinda in a super ghetto location.

Thank you Unilocalers, if it wasn’t for you guys I would of never known about this place or how to find parking. I placed an order for a fruit cake(¼ $ 25) and all I can say is YUMMY! This cake was so good from top to bottom. The fruit was very sweet, middle layer not sure what it’s called but delicious the spongy cake at the bottom… All in all the cake was amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone. The only down fall is the parking and the sign of the bakery. Hard to find parking and if it’s your first time going you might get a little lost. The bakery is located inside the food court of the swap meet. But is worth being a little lost and looking for parking. So if your in the area or need a cake for a special event, I recommend this place!

This place is NOT easy to find and the parking here is ATROCIOUS. Really hope they find a way to move out of the swap meet(it’s located INSIDE the food court NEXTTO the swap meet). They make delicious large fresh fruit cakes. i ordered a half sheet and it was a ridiculous sized monstrosity. There are a few bakeries in orange county that make similar styles. Here, there is also a little bit of spongy cake. Overall, tasty and would order again. Tried another in Westminster that was a close competitor. Still just as good though.

The BEST pastry & fruit cake in my opinion. I’ve been addicted to this place since 2008. I get it every year for my birthday! It’s a must! I am NEVER disappointed with the taste, or quality.

Bought the fruit tart cake for my nephew birthday and couldn’t be any more happy. The cake was fantastic everyone at the party enjoyed it as much as I did. Will definitely recommend this place to others and will be my one spot for fruit tart cakes from now on. Also the Vietnamese lady was extremely helpful and in helping decide on the right size of cake with the numbers of people we had coming.

My wife loves fruit tart pies. We usually pick them up at the Pavilions near our house. They’re ok but with her birthday coming up I wanted to get her the best one ever so I went to Unilocal to get some recs. Visited this small counter front bakery inside the food court next to the Bristol Swap meet. Lady behind the counter was very nice. Told her we needed a cake to feed 10. She had a couple freshly made and waiting. Cost $ 25. The cake was the hit of the birthday party! Super fresh strawberries, pineapple, kiwis, peaches over a crunchy flaky crust over a wonderful small layer of yellow cake all surrounded by fresh semi-sweet whipped cream. Whoa! This is one spectacularly delicious dessert. Everybody raved about it and the cake was totally gone by the end of the night. Definitely recommend you try it!

I’ve been coming to this bakery for the last 4 years and all I have to say is that their cakes are phenomenal. Fresh fruit every time I have gotten a cake, I highly recommend this place. They always have a cake ready for pick ups and their prices are reasonable.

Without a doubt Pacific Bakery has THEBEST fruit cake in Orange County. My family and I always get our fruit cakes here. A cake that can feed 10 only costs $ 25 — what a deal. The cake itself isn’t too sweet, the custard they use is divine and the pastry puff is so perfectly flakey! I’m salivating as I’m typing this up. Pacific Bakery should be everyone’s go to bakery for fruit cake!

My go to bakery to get the fruit tart cakes! The bakery use to be on Brookhurst and Westminster in the same plaza as the Boiling Crab, but sadly they moved over to Santa Ana. The place is a little bit out of the way for me to get it, but it is so worth it! The shop is in the food court next to the Bristol Swap Mall. Walk all the way in there and it should be on your right. We usually get the half sheet cake which comes out to $ 42. Comes with strawberries, kiwis, peaches, and pineapples. The cream isn’t too overly sweet. Fruits are fresh and sweet. Cake part is always moist and I love the crunchy layer that they have inside. Eat it all the same day or else the crunchy part will start getting soft and soggy! This was my first time picking it up because my parents usually pick it up, but service wasn’t bad at all. Order at least 2 hours ahead of time!
