My family is from Nayarit and we absolutely love this place. The food reminds us about the food back home. Excellent ! We personally love the Mixtas con camaron cosido and empanadas.

You have to I mean it’s a must that you go and try the Tacos Al Gobernador omg if you haven’t tried it you have to, nothing fancy about it but the taco quesadilla with shrimp and the mouthwatering tastefulness it has omg it’s just plain delicious. it comes with a side of cabbage tomatoes, onions, cilantro and lemon juice something mixed together once you have a taste of it I’m positive I’m actually sure that you’ll love it wanting to come back for more Im going back for them tacos that’s for sure
FYI if you take the direction on Unilocal it takes you to main and bishop by the dollar tree it’s not there you gotta keep going till you hit main and pine on your left you’ll find the Truck. Make sure you try it I promise pinky promise you’ll love the Taco al Gobernador

I decided to try them during lunch on a Friday during lent because being Catholic I’m only supposed to eat seafood those days, but any ways… back to the story. So I travel to the location described here on Unilocal and the truck is not there. Ofcourse I go on a wild goose chase up and down the surrounding streets for 15 min but not before calling the number listed multiple times with no avail. I finally gave up and decided to try two of the 8 street trucks in the area.
I never found this truck. If some one would have atleast answered the phone to tell me they were closed I would not have posted a negative review but Unilocal said they were open.

Ok this spot was poppin on a Saturday afternoon. Saw a bunch of locals posted up eating so I started to get excited knowing I might be in for a treat.
I ordered 3 Tacos de Gobernador $ 3 each.
Damn these tacos were good. Like a perfectly thin crispy tortilla shell with melted cheese and seafood. The salsa verde they give you on the side is so good. Its a little spicy and I like spicy, so this was good. These tacos are off the chain forsure. Must order.
Ceviche Mixto — $ 14.
This was bomba. I added a lot of hot sauce and proceeded to eat it, each spoonful of that good seafood with the cucumbers scooped up onto my tostada shell. So damn good, ate the whole thing.
I believe this was the best mariscos i’ve had to date yet! Ive tried quite a few but im always searching. but for now this place blew me away.

I like this place! The shrimp tacos are to die for. The Botanico Platter is also a great pick from the menu. The flavor of sweet and spicy with a huge hint of lemon just blends beautifully. Some Salsa Verdes at other places are bland but the Salsa Verde you get here is packed full of flavor and the right amount of spice. It doesn’t over power the flavor of the food. I ordered the Ceviche and i like my shrimp pink and cooked perfectly in the lemon. In this case the shrimp was still raw so we placed it in the fridge overnight to cook a little more. My least favorite from my order was the fish tacos. There was no flavor in them and it was soggy. Overall, I will be back for the Botanico, Shrimp Tacos, and Ceviche. The price seems fair for the amount of seafood they pack in their dishes. Come try them out!

Best tasting Marisco (sea food) truck I have found in SA so far it gets packed but the line moves fast I usually order ceviche de camarón I order my food by the cup they have different sizes at different prices just ask after that hit up a liquor near by there’s a few well a lot near by and get a nice cold beer to go with it trust me you will thank me the fish tacos are descent size and are delicious as well but nothing beats ceviche and beer

Thank you Unilocalers for this spot, I will be back, again, then again. The photo menu on the side of the truck is mind blowing. I wanted to try everything. My mouth was watering until I dug into my own tostada. Mmmmm.
I got the ceviche mixto, shrimp tacos, shrimp empanadas and the fish ceviche. O. M. G. Soooo generous with the seafood & it didn’t take long. The counter is lined with different hot sauces. Trust that your mariscos craving will be taken care of here. Little gems like these make living in OC worth it.

This Mexican seafood truck is stupid good! Fish tacos are awesome! I also ordered a fried shrimp dish that was awesome! Seriously, it’s restaurant good. If you’ve never had great Mexican seafood this is the spot!

I love this place! My only go to spot for fresh yummy Mariscos! The shrimp tostadas are BIG, they are heavy with there portions. There’s good parking in the back and sometimes they set out little tables so you can eat quickly. It’s clean as well, specially for a food truck. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

If you love shrimp, this food truck is a little slice of heaven. The shrimp quesadilla is loaded with shrimp and cheese and grilled golden brown — perfect ratio of ingredients — it’s a meal for $ 6. The truck is walking distance from Downtown Santa Ana, or you can park on the street near the truck. Service was fast and friendly. Eat standing up or pull up some sidewalk. Bring cash, and your appetite!

Food truck that sells mariscos, I was definitely a bit weary to try this place but my girlfriend insisted and I’m glad she did. This place was delicious! We got four tostadas de camaron and they were so good. Pretty fairly priced and good portion size.
I definitely recommend you try this food truck if your in the area.

I’ve been eating at mariscos los corales for over 10years and thier food is amazing, everything is delicious, starting with their ceviches, votanas, caldos, and the most important their customer serve is great fast and friendly I would recommend mariscos los corales to anybody who wants to have great mariscos!

The Marlin fish tacos were very good, though they more closely resemble mini quesadillas. 3 dollars per taco, but 2 was plenty for me for lunch. I will come here again.

Go to the ATM get your cash and have yourself some delicious Mexican seafood in taco or tostada form!
My favorite place when I’m craving some tacos de marlin (swordfish tacos). Plenty of lemon and a variety of hot sauces at arms reach. Although that homemade green sauce they give you with your tacos is on point!
So If you don’t mind getting the extra «Mexican street food» feel and eat standing up, then this is place will not disappoint!

Siendo de Vera Cruz los mariscos nunca faltan comer entre semana y Mariscos Los Corales son lo mas deliciosos.
Tacos Dorados de camarón, camarón con sabor de tomate, ajo, cebolla con orégano y la salsa de puro chile verde con limón.
Tacos al Governador.
Bueno no dijo mas por que me muero de hambre.

Yes this is a food truck!!! I have to say it’s the best food truck in Santa Ana! This place has the most amazing tacos! I always get the shrimp tacos from this food truck!
They are called tacos de Governador. It’s a tortilla with mozzarella cheese and a scoop full of dived shrimp! So so delicious!!! Don’t be scared to try this food truck, you won’t be disappointed!

Some of the best seafood I’ve ever tried. I gotta try more stuff but I’m stuck on the tostadas mixtas. The ultimate seafood medley! They also make a hot sauce that burns so good
