First, for those who are not familiar with La Pizza Loca, it is part of a chain that exists in markets with high populations of Latinos. I personally have been eating their pizza since the 90’s. For some reason I remember them being better. It was always«cheap pizza» but it was still tasty. Now the pizza is nothing special; comparable to Pizza Hut or Little Caesar. $ 5 large, so you get what you pay for. Not bad but not good either. Didn’t have any problems at this location. Service was fine. I just remembered more flavor, especially flavor aimed towards a Mexican kid going up in CA.

Stop here because I just moved in down the street and I want to try all the spot in the area. This place has your normal. 5 dollar large one topping. It tasted like a 5 dollar pizza I’ll take Fab5 down the street so far a bit of a farther drive for me but worth is as I had to sit and wait in my car for 15 minutes. Not that they advertised hot and ready pizzas like some of our other local pizza spot but Fab5 or little Caesars has just as good pizza for the same price with no wait

Got it delivered. I was home alone and wanted pizza but didn’t want to go out so I gave these guys a first time call. driver was a young dude and talking to him was awkward and weird. like dude it’s pizza not a job interview? What’s up with the awkwardness? I tipped anyways(pizza and wings was 13.50) I have the guy a 20 and told him to keep the change and he just stood there weird af asking me if it’s really cool. I played it off and told him it was cool and thanks for the pizza. Now the pizza wasn’t even sliced lmao like what the hell really??? So I had to rip the pizza apart piece by piece I didn’t even want to bother cutting it myself cause that’s not my job. I tried not to get irritated but I was thinking in my head«for a small business or whatever you guys can’t have talk able or enjoyable delivery people and slice pizza?». I ordered wings BBQ style along with my pizza AND this is where I said I’m never wasting my time or money here again. The wings weren’t even cooked well and I’m talking there was more fat and grease than there was meat. I was ripping through all the wings looking for meat like a 5 year old playing now with his food avoiding the vegetables. I was so mad by then I just said let me at least finish this cause I paid for it and be done. Pizza was like 2⁄10 although the crust was really enjoyable to me idk I thought that was really weird lol the wings 1⁄10 and I’m being nice.

This is the worst place EVER. I ordered pizza online for delivery at 5:30pm, received a confirmation by email. I called at 7pm they said they did not receive my order and took it verbally over the phone. At 8pm I called again… they say I gave them the wrong phone number. When I finally get the assistant manager on the phone, they did, in fact, receive my online order & confirmed all numbers were correct. Their attitudes were flip & condenscending. I won’t order again & frankly they don’t seem to care. The managment or owners should get involved before this becomes another kitchen nightmare.

Why would anyone order pizza from here! They do not believe in customer service, we ordered pizza on line we even got the confirmation an hour later we called they said they never got the order, they then said they’ll bring the pizza over in 20 min an hour later still no pizza, called the Manager and all he did was are you with us and told us that we don’t have to order from them again, all we wanted was a pizza

Called this place on Father’s Day per hubby’s request. The girl that answered the phone is a complete moron. I asked her what kind of side orders do they offer. She asks«side order?‘ Me: Yes, side order. Her: What do you mean side order? Garlic? Ranch? Me: ummm no, side orders, your useless mobiel app states you have side orders but I can’t see them. Side orders like buffalo wings, breadsticks. Her: Oh! yea we have that. Me: –_– nevermind. I ordered a gigante with 3 meat toppings, it seemed she was having a really difficult time trying to even place my order. She kept repeating things I never asked her for. I thought okay, maybe shes new? Well when it came time to pay I read her my CC # with the exp date and all that good stuff. Again I had to repeat myself a bunch of times and correct her because she wrote down everything wrong. Then she asks me for my zip. I ask her if she needs my delivery zip code or my billing zip code. She says yea, your zip code. Umm which one? My billing zip code? or my home address zip code? The are not the same. „She says the one where your bill comes to your home“ Okay so my billing zip code. Then she asks me for my home address zip. Gave her that too. 3 minutes later she comes back on the phone and says your card is declined. Umm no, I don’t think so, my card is good, I asked her to try it again, she must have entered something incorrectly. Then she says ‘oh umm I can’t do that cause then I have to return the money to your card twice and its gonna take one week for your money to go back. Your going to have to pay cash. whoa hold the phone. First of all no I don’t have $ 40 on me in cash and second.: Didn’t you just tell me my card was declined how is it that you have know void and I have wait a week? She says» one receipt says approved and the other says declined, something didn’t match so now I have to pay cash and wait for a refund on my card. ” I quickly get on my phone and check my account. Surprise, surprise Pizza Local pending charge for $ 41. I told her you guys already charged my card and all I want is my pizza. She says she can’t I have to pay cash because the info didn’t match. Well it turns out dum dum put in my home zip code instead of the billing zip code she asked me for. Oh wait it gets better, I asked to speak to the manager. her: Do you speak spanish? me: Why? her: Because the manager doesn’t speak any english. me: So your telling me if I didn’t speak spanish, I wouldn’t be able to talk to your manager to correct a mistake you guys made? her: ummm, yea. lol wooooww! Now I get it, some people are learning English and this is Santa Ana, BUT this is also AMERICA and there are Pizza Local commericals in ENGLISH so I especially expect at least the managers to speak english. How are you suppose to help out people who don’t speak spanish if you cant communicate? and you call yourself a manager? Well lucky for me I do speak spanish but surprise surprise… Aaron the no english speaking manager of a business is extremely rude, kept cutting me off saying«let me talk and tell you what she just explained to you!’, never apologized, and his only question for was«well what do you want me to do? Thats a question I should be asking him! What is HE going to do to fix this? ALL I WANTEDWASTHE $ 41ORDEROFPIZZATHATWASALREADYCHARGEDTOMYACCOUNT. But now, I dont’ want anything from this location ever again! Oh and I made it clear to all my Santa Ana living English speaking relatives and friends never to order from this location cause if they were to come across a problem, which they probably will they will never be able to communicate with their helpless manager.

This places customer service sucks! Wow, I know this place is in the heart of the ghetto, but train your staff! Lol, I guess I hold this place to a high expectation but, seriously they have a television commercial now. Haha, cheap pizza for a cheap price. Maybe next time I’ll spend a couple more bucks and get faithful Pizza Hut :)

Ordered from this place before and the driver was awesome. He had trouble finding my place, but eventually found me and gave me my pizza for free as a result. I tipped him well. Today I had a very bad experience. Upon checking out their web site, I was delighted to see really great prices for this great pizza. The site says«Delivery or carry-out, same price, you decide!» Well, when I called to place an order after failing to order on the site, the staff member tells me you have to order a minimum of $ 11.00 worth of food, before the delivery charge is even applied, before they will deliver to you. They need to update their web site and make this requirement explicit.

Ordered 3 pizzas online for pick up, pizza wasnt great, was hard and to top it off they got all three of them wrong. Ordered two large pepperoni and one la mexicana pizza. That one didnt come with all the toppings that were«automatically checked» for the mexicana pizza. Also when I picked them up, was questioned if I had ordered ranch or not when I had asked where it was. Asked them if they could deliver my correct pizzas since I was at work, they didnt have a driver. I suggest ordering at another location. Or another pizza place.

If you want to wait 53 minutes after the stated delivery time for lukewarm pizza, this is your place! We ordered a gigantic pizza from this place for an end of the year celebration at our school. Not only did it not arrive on time, it arrived AFTER the student’s lunch time was over. Sorry kiddos. Apologetic driver but no offer to make it right or to compensate us for their total failure to deliver on time. Please, do not order deliver from this place if you’re on a schedule.

Pizza is good. Had better but I would’ve stuck with regular toppings. Carne Asada topping not so good. But can’t beat the price of $ 9.99.
