While on the West Coast it’s almost criminal not to drop into ‘In-N-Out’ for a burger & really, why wouldn’t you. It’s an institution in these parts & it’s easy to see why. Largely unchanged since it’s opening at Baldwin Park in 1948, ‘In-N-Out’ has been rocking out some seriously competitive burgers ever since. A favourite of many a food critic & celebrity chef, these burgers are truly something to be rivalled. With it’s ‘not so secret, secret menu’ & never frozen, freshly prepared ingredients, it makes ‘In-N-Out’ an easy choice for convenient, superior quality takeout. I’ve eaten at this particular location now a handful of times & with a consistently busy drive-thru that rivals many wait times at Disneyland, eating in here is always the best option. Ordering from the ‘secret menu’ is also a compulsory because with selections that only serve to enhance your burger, you’d be damn well crazy not too. Taking that into account, ordering your burger ‘Animal Style’ is the business here, in fact it’s the only business. ‘1 Double-Double Animal Style, thank-you’. That’s all you need to know. Don’t question it, just do it. & while you’re at it, make sure you order your fries Animal Style too, everybody knows that everything is better with special sauce & grilled onions. Fact, not fiction. You’re welcome!

Slowest dining room service of any location I’ve been to. I used to work at this location and its SHOXKING that the managers allow them to work at this pace.

Areli was very polite and calm for a bustling Sunday lunch rush. After she took my order I noticed how well she was with other customers as well. Props for the nice service!

Can never go wrong with In-n-out! This location is just a mess though, has always been. The lines, the drive thru, the parking… you just have to deal with it if you really want it. Not sure if there’s another one close by. I don’t usually eat in, so I don’t know the conditions inside.

I have rarely ever been so pissed off at the service that I will actually make time to post a Unilocal review. I have been to plenty of In-n-outs in all different cities in all different counties. Never had I ever experienced workers so disorganized and, for a lack of better terms, malfunctional. They kept interrupting us in the middle of our order, for one. They repeated the order to me, and still got it wrong, for two. When the woman took the order they did not know to turn off their mic after, for three. I was stuck in one place in the drive through line for a good eight minutes, making my boyfriend late for work, for four.(Usually not too upset, but there were only two other cars in front of us.) Two of our three burgers were made incorrectly, for five. They specifically asked if we would be eating in the car, like they should have. We said no. They did not fail to still give our burgers in a box… for eating in the car(for six). They were lucky my boyfriend was late and I needed to go. I guess I was lucky that our destination was only a six minute drive away, and so I could bear holding the box of burgers out in the open for that short amount of time. If it were another day, and I had to drive for an hour or so, I would have personally walked in and demanded to talk to the manager; because, how would I manage to keep the burgers fresh when they’re being beat down by an AC, out in the open, for a lengthened period of time? That’s the exact reason why they have bags. And why they have a special box for the animal fries. Absolutely horrible. Whoever was working on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at this location, at 10:50AM may not need to be fired, but they DEFINITELY are NOT done with training, and need better supervision until satisfactory. I will likely change this review if service gets better, but this location was already not our top choice to begin with; this specific incident made it that much worse.

Just your standard In n Out which is a very good thing. The place is clean, the food comes quick but not too quick and the bathrooms tidy. Not much else you can want here from the well known best west coast purveyor of burgers.

Definitely not impressed, I usually love in n out but a key feature I enjoy in my burgers is for it to be cooked, I took burgers to go and the meat was still pink inside not appetizing at all.

This In n Out is always good. Besides being a lucky eater and former in n out employee at a different store, the guys know how to make a great juicy burger. Kudos to management and the team.

Not clean! Dined inside and was shocked. Definitely not up to In N Out standards – the floor was in desperate need of a good clean and sweep. There were bits of food all over! Walked over to get ketchup and found a long, black strand of hair right beside the dispenser. Finally the bathroom was bad enough for me to walk in and immediately turn around. Went home feeling sick… Find another In N Out to get your fix!

This place is always great, always clean, fresh, and they get you out as quick as they can. Everyone is always super friendly, always asking how things are. I am starting to think this place prints it’s own money. Awesome

I’ll keep it nice and simple: Food meets similar quality to other In-N-Outs. But service lacks a LOT, both in the employees and the wait time. One time I ordered one order of fries and the guy charged me for two orders and said«That would be $ 3.23»(or however much 2 fries comes out to be). I told him I ordered one, which should have obviously been $ 1 something and he replied with«Yeah I know». Do you really know? Have you looked at the prices on the menu of the place you work at? Wait times are always long, which is weird because there isn’t a line to order normally. I have waited almost 30 minutes when it took me less than a minute to order.

Delicious burgz and fast service. Only downside to this location is their ease of access. Located on the intersection of Bristol and Macarthur, this area is ALWAYS packed. Finding parking is also difficult since you get the traffic from Trader Joe’s, Daiso, etc. The drive-thru lane tends to run into the street and causes more traffic, too. So I always opt to go inside and order.

Typical in & out place, nothing fancy except their staff. Their staffs are friendly and nice. If you haven’t tried their double double with grilled onion and chopped chilies, try it. Depending on the time that you get there, the drive thru is always packed. Sometimes the line is on the street.

When in Cali, getting In-N-Out Burger is a MUST! The quality of their food at all of their In-N-Out restaurants are always consistent, reasons why we always come back. This particular location wasn’t as clean though and the wait for our food seemed a bit long. After our number was finally called, the guy at the pick-up station forgot our shake. No big deal, but I had to show him my receipt that we purchased a shake and that I wasn’t lying. We ordered both our cheeseburgers and french fries ANIMALSTYLE. Ahh yeah, that’s the right way to do In-N-Out. It was delicious, but I do wish they would spread the animal style sauce more than just topping the fries off with it. Their Strawberry Shake was just alright. I wasn’t a big fan on the taste too much. It tasted too creamy for my liking. In-N-Out’s menu is so simple and the price is really cheap.

The restaurant was in the midst of being cleaned up by an employee while I was placing my order. They never made it to the patio my whole meal though so it remained dirty with an over flowing garbage. The wait was pretty long. Even for a fresh made burger. The lady in front of me was irate because of her wait time and when her order came up it was packaged to eat in but she was Togo. The burger was very good. Comparable to other counter service burger places. I enjoyed the simplicity of the menu. The mild shake was tasty. The fires happen to be the worst I’ve ever had. All in all 3.5 out of 5 stars for me.

This In N Out is the freshest and cheapest food in the South Coast area. You won’t find anything of better quality for the price around here. I come here every so often and find that this location is always clean and the employees are always friendly. I order my Double-Double extra toasted with a whole grilled onion and chopped chilies. The chilies add a nice bite. The menu is super simple and you really can’t go wrong with anything here. Make sure to order an animal style fries! Be aware that the drive thru is very busy at night and spills over onto the street.

Does anyone ever write a bad review for In-N-Out? A real California landmark that always delivers. I cant do burgers much anymore but the no bun, no cheese protein burger does the trick for me. No fries and Ice tea. Good on the belly and the budget.
