These guys are great after going to other furnitures stores and calling around for prices these guys were right up the street and they offered the most fair prices and made the whole purchase easy and even worked with me more on the price

Found an add on craigslist for a futon. Messaged the person, and behold its a business. Thinking great better than a random person. Asked if the model I wanted was in stock, yes, and headed over to pick it up. 15 Miles and 45 minutes of traffic later I come up to the building with torn and filthy displays outside on the grass. Red Flag — Though to myself, ok maybe this is a mom and pop deal, i’ll give it a chance. Once inside I asked the sales woman for the futon I wanted to pick up she priced it almost $ 80 over what I was quoted. Red Flag 2 — Mentioned the craigslist ad and was told that Yes the price was what I was quoted. We agree on the model and proceed to complete the transaction, telling her i’ll load it through the back. The woman mentioned it was not in stock at the location, it takes 48 hours to come to the store. Red flag 3 — she then informed me she can ship it (for $ 70). I thanked her, and proceeded to walk out very disappointed for wasting my time. A man standing by the door mentioned he would ship it to the door for $ 20, I thought about it. He sounded like the manager or owner, so I accepted. Ill try out the small business thing. Great, rang up the purchase, added shipping and was told 48 hours. We agreed upon Thursday delivery, I set my work schedule and left for the day. Thursday morning (my only day off for the week) I awoke to cleaning the path to the room where the futon would go, moved the cars, and awaited the call for delivery time. Around 4 PM I got worried, no call, no delivery? I call and give the information I have for the order number, and the lady states its for Friday delivery… I politely correct her, and remind her of the conversation where we agreed Thursday as its 48 hours later and I set my day off on the date. She simply replied theres nothing I can do. Not a shred of care. She stated she’d check what she can do and call me back, Over an hour passes, so I call back. She states she already told me theres nothing she can do, completely forgetting to even bother to call me back. I now have to take an unpaid day off (lose almost the price of the whole purchase in pay) just to sit around and hope they actually show up this time. I’d cancel the whole thing, but id bet theres some magic hidden re stocking fee charged. * Update* now the 3^rd day for delivery and its almost 7 PM still NO call and NO merchandise! Called 3 times, and got 3 excuses. I Could have gone to Work and come home already! Waste of time and money. One simple tiny $ 200 futon purchase, has cost me now almost 2X the price. I could have got a whole set for that anywhere else! I will stick with a more reputable furniture dealer next time that will have in stock merchandise IN STOCK and delivery same or next day. No organization or customer service here. Worst service I have ever had.

My husband and I had a great experience. The sales associate Tina Nguyen was very helpful. Tina helped us from beginning to end. They have a good selection of furniture and reasonable prices.

This store has a beautiful selection on bed room sets my bed room is beautiful now thank you guys for your help I’ll be back for a dinning table ;)

We bought some furniture here and it was inexpensive and fairly good quality. But every time we went to pick it up there was and issue where we had to wait an hour for someone to show up. Maybe call ahead or get ready to wait to pick up your stuff.

I saw this furniture store after having a bad customer service experience at another store in the same area. I discovered this store driving by it. This store has excellent excellent customer service, great prices and very good products. I am glad I found this store. I will buy all of my products at this store from now on & will recommend it to everyone I know. Thanks! Keep up the great service!

I found this furniture place on Unilocal while looking for bunkbeds for my daughters. I took a chance on this place and it ended up being perfect. They had exactly what I was looking for at a great price and even delivered and assembled. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is in a not so good area of Santa Anna but the store itself was clean and neat. When I set up my delivery time and date they arrived right on the dot! The delivery men were very nice and respected my home. They did A fantastic job of the set up and even offered to help with my existing mattresses. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.
