If we are talking about the food then it was great. Service on the other hand is horrible. I have been coming here for years and it’s always been okay. But the other day when I came I had enough. First of all when I was ordering my food the Korean owner lady wasn’t paying attention so she got my order wrong. I had wanted to get extra noodles she didn’t charge me for it. When I went to her and told her she told it was to late to get them since my food was already on the grill. She tells everyone to hurry up. Horrible service and I have had enough. Don’t come here!

Quick, fast and friendly… The only down side I would say is that they charge you for refills. We are regulars and love it.

Great Kahn’s Mongolian BBQ are located in many mall locations, and typically has a long line because you can get a lot of food for your money. If I had to eat mall food, this is my usual go-to place. The concept is pretty simple: — Pay for an empty bowl. I paid $ 8.95 for the combo, which includes my entrée plus a small soda. — Fill your bowl with meats and vegetables. They ask that you don’t «smash» down the contents in your bowl, but many people disregard it, as the more you add to the bowl, the more food you get. — Hand your creation to the employee, where they’ll add sauces and spices to the mix, and top off with fresh lo mein looking noodles. — The employee will give your bowl to the«cook» who will cook your food items on a hot flat surface, place your contents in a foam box and its done! If there’s no line, I prefer to add the vegetables in the bottom, then go back and add the meat on top. Why? The meat takes up room at the bottom of the bowl because its carved frozen. If you add the veggies, the contents of the lower bowl is filled, and there’s no pockets of air due to the frozen«o» shaped meats. Shredded cabbage, for instance, forms a better layer at the bottom, creating a better base for you to pile on more stuff. Plus, by adding more vegetables, it’ll give your noodles more balance to your meal. Of course, if you’re looking for«more bang for your buck» you can do more meat than the vegs… but the flavor tends to get bland without some sort of balance. The meal is big enough for 2 people to share, which is exactly what I did with Karen. For $ 11 I got a combo(entrée + drink) added another drink, and the employee gave me 2 forks and 2 small plates. We could have probably shared the foam box, since the forks were rather wimpy, and it took more effort to divide the food that it was to eat. Mall food isn’t the best(nor is it supposed to be), but if you had to pick one, this is probably the best choice of all the other asian places if you want noodles, meat and vegs.

It doesn’t matter how good the food is, or what a good deal it is, for me if you treat your employees badly, I’m no longer going to be your customer. I was craving Mongolian BBQ so I head to the mall, since this place is pretty good and good bang for the buck. I pay then head down the line picking my meats/veggies. The lady in front of me tells the girl who puts the sauces/noodles«no garlic» and the girl didn’t hear her and started adding garlic, the lady tells her no problem just take the part that has the garlic off. Well the owner comes over and starts yelling at the teenager worker telling her to stop being dumb, the last tells her that she asked her to take it off, the owner just ignores her and continues scolding this teenager, till she’s almost to the point if tears. Unnecessary, unprofessional and just rude! It makes me wonder how the employees are treated when customers aren’t around?! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I love this place! Sometimes it is really busy but the food is worth the wait!
