Wow. You should see my home theater. I am proud owner of the coolest, most up-to-date home theater in my entire neighborhood. I have had nothing but positive experiences with GTS from the get go. They were professional, prompt, and when I had questions post-installation they were right there to help me. I don’t usually post positive comments, but in this case I had to. If you are looking to spend this kind of money, then this is the company for you!

It makes me sad that I have no choice left but to place this review about this company. I hired them to install a very complicated in-home theater system. They were great about the installation and I love my system. But I’ve had issues with some components not working and when I tried to get someone to come out and fix the problem, they have consistently blown me off. After six weeks of attempting to make an appointment I finally received an email from the owner saying they no longer support the system they installed and that I’d be better off finding another company who works on this particular system. This was after a few emails from him telling me they’re really backed up and will try to get me on the schedule. If anyone can recommend a company who installs TV systems and can help me get the sound working on my DVD player and X-Box, please do. I’ve been without sound for almost two months now.
