My friend always comes here and she invited me to come with her. There are no prices posted anywhere. One lady brushed my hair put it on the counter, another customer came in, they sat her at the station next to me and a different hair stylist lady got the brush they had just used on me and started brushing her clients hair. They don’t wash their brushes between customers which is really gross! I got a cut and ombré color (which wasn’t the color I wanted) but it still looked nice. My friend only got color and they charged us both $ 80 which till this day still does not make sense to me. I’m not sure if I’ll go back maybe if I can’t find a cleaner salon and I’m desperate.

OK, well here’s what’s interesting. It says Fantastic Sams outside on the building but when you go in, there’s no semblance of a chain whatsoever. The 100% Vietnamese proprietors have lots of native décor scattered about, there’s NO price list anywhere, and there’s no FS logos nor FS styling products for sale. It appears that the franchise license expired but they never changed the name.
I walked in prepared with a coupon from my junk mail, yet the price quoted was lower than the coupon! Not complaining — just kind of funny. The cut was good and quick, but as others have mentioned the place is not up to franchise chain cleanliness standards. Still, I’d go again.

I love getting my hair done there! I used to be scared of haircuts until I came here. It seems since I’ve been getting regular trims it’s growing longer. My hair loves them Lol for $ 15 you get an awesome hair cut and a little more an awesome blowout. Love the hairstylists awesome work girls!

Usually a pretty short wait, stylists are friendly but don’t talk too much to the customer. That’s okay though, I’m here for a haircut after all. I’ve always been satisfied with them when they’ve cut my hair.

They do a good job but the place is filthy! hair everywhere!!!
They don’t wash combs. The lady tried to use the same comfy on me that she used on her previous customer. It was gross. When I asked for her to use a different comb, she made it a big deal.
Great place but poor hygiene.

Went today to see Victoria for the first time. Very pleased with the color & cut, she knows what she’s doing! Loved the price for both. I will definitely go back to see her.
